I've never written a negative review before, but this was my first experience with food poisoning from a restaurant. We ordered pasta with ragu, fish, and a salad, and the bill was quite hefty. The portion of fish was especially disappointing for the price, at 20 euros. Our total bill came to around 50 euros. Neither of the dishes was bad, just underwhelming. The pasta, was merely decent. However, the real issue i think was the quality of the meat, as I spent the entire afternoon vomiting and in the bathroom after the meal. Something that's is extremely rare for me as that has never happened to me, even after eating in some of the dirtiest and smelliest places, random food street stands and including a few years in the military. Overall a very unpleasant experience that ruined half day of my holidays. I must give credit to the friendly argentinian waiter, the adorable "security" dog and the great location.

We had a very enjoyable experience. The staff are beyond friendly and accommodating. We were very pleased with the quality of the food and found the overall atmosphere to be very pleasant. Food was reasonably priced compared to the rest of our experiences around Positano, Capri and Ischia. Its a very casual and what felt like a very authentic local experience. Would recommend for a casual and relaxed meal. Whisky, the family dog, was also very entertaining and as friendly as the staff. Thank you for a lovely evening.

Our favourite dinner experience in Ischia so far! Fernando our waiter really made us feel at home here, he explained the menu in English and recommended two perfect dishes for us. As well as the stunning local wine. The beef was sensational as was the crab ravioli. Followed by the lemon and mandarin cake- wow! Most of all the place has the most relaxed and welcoming feel. When we return to Ischia this will be the first place we eat 👌🏼 thank you for a great evening!

if you want to eat a very tasteless meal and wait over an hour for it then this is the place for you, it is a shame because the location is very nice and a great people watching spot I wish I had read the reviews before I came, please do yourself a favour and go through them as every word is true, you will also note constant argumentative replies back from the owner after he receives a negative review and instead of offering an apology he always is denying it....I promise you not this many people can be wrong, Every comment that says this is a tourist trap is right, you get the upsell of high price dishes and key words such as "fresh produce" "local fish" ,"vegetables from our garden", its actually laughable when I look back I could list all we ate but I can not see the point as it was pretty much all average so I won't bother I will predict another stock standard denial from the owner in response to this review so wait for it google...

A complete scam. The owner didn’t offer us a menu to look at and just told us he would prepare some “nice dishes” for us, which ultimately cost us 180 euro. We trusted him because we were also staying at an Air BnB that he was renting.

After the antipasti we asked the server to please not give us any more food because we were full and we have a baby who needed to go home. The server shamed us and the owner forced us to take the entree even though we didn’t want it- which was a 65 euro piece of fish that we didn’t order or want. It was tasteless and so were the potatoes on the plate. When the bill arrived we were shocked at how much we were charged. I’m fine paying for good food that I order, but this was forced upon us in a rude and disrespectful manner. It was the most expensive dinner we had on the island, but the most...
