This was our second visit to Ischia and so glad we found this place. Our first visitor sit was full of amazing food choices. This time we had trouble even finding good Neapolitan pizza. Saw a good review and decided to try it. Off the beaten path but within easy walking distance this is a charming spot that appears to be run by two young entrepreneurs who make amazing pizza with many choices of toppings. Their choice of music adds to the atmosphere. You won’t be disappointed. I had a custom eggplant and mushroom pizza. My husband had one off the “Summer” section with ricotta, cheese, ham and potatoes-which seemed odd to me but I had a taste and although it wouldn’t be my first choice, I was struck by the freshness of ingredients and vibrant taste on both pizzas. We went there during midday and there’s no air conditioner, so we needed to sit outside. We ordered truffle pizza and a calzone, the first one was a bit dry since there’s not much sauce, calzone was filled with cheese so it tasted better. The dough was quite good but the overall taste was not as expected from the high reviews. Also there was a cover charge of €1.5 per person despite the hot environment and no additional bread or water - just the food we ordered.
