I cannot say enough about this experience! To start this foodie journey we arrived and were greeted by Alessandro! We had no reservation, no problem! Chiara, came to the table to greet us and explained in great detail, everything you need to know about every item! She is clearly very well trained about the menu! My wife and I decided on sharing the hand made potato stuffed ravioli topped with lobster anointed with a heavenly sauce, simply spectacular! We moved on to the grilled sea bass with pepper sauce, we shared again! If I could have, I would licked the plate! I absolutely did my best to wipe every drop off the plate! The bread presented to us by Fatu was an extraordinary sampling of homemade cracker, bread sticks, and 2 different types of bread, just amazing! Alessandro brought us an amuse-bouche before the meal that was a nice surprise and delicious! My wife wanted to try a wine from Ischia so we went with a delicious red, spectacular again! Folco, the manager was floating around making sure we were satisfied and happy. This man did an awesome job representing how a manger should interact with his team, awesome job Folco! Alessandro was now on the hook for dessert selection, he suggested sfolgiatelle with orange cream, absolutely perfect choice! Folco showed up with a show stopper of an aperitif! A delicious fennel liquor from Ischia! This island is very lucky to have a restaurant of this caliber! This is a 5 star experience no question! One of the best dining experiences I have ever had! Food is pure gastronomic sensual pleasure, each dish building on the last, one dish was not favored but the whole greater than the sum of its individual parts!
Must have tempura of the day, exquisitely seasoned, crust light, crispy and frankly the best fish n chips you will ever have!..,pasta is to die for, fish perfectly cooked and seasoned, each bite a taste of heaven…zupetta was divine!
Don’t skip dessert, ciocolate was also divine! Even bread dish was mind blowing, good thing cause made it pure pleasure to soak up sauce and soup.

Michele talks about the dishes like no other and his wife walks you through the wine list with her sommelier experience.
She picked each of cellar inhabitants herself and can story-tell each of the selection she made…. A first and only so far on the island. We had a Verdicchio De Metallica ….a blast 💥
