When in Latina, you HAVE to eat at this beautiful gem. The venue itself is beautifully decorated, the service is warm and friendly. The waiter felt his English wasn't sufficient but he had nothing to be shy about, he was wonderful and clearly knows a lot about the food, how to pair the food with the right drinks as well. He made wonderful wine recommendations and he was able to convey my allergies to the kitchen who felt that the dish wouldn't be the same (and I appreciated their honesty). But I still ordered the appetizer special (grilled amberjack) and they were very willing and accommodating to adjust my dish and it was DELICIOUS. The best grilled amberjack I've ever had. Each dish was delicious, filling, balanced in flavour and looked beautiful. Just a warning though....Google says they are open at 630pm (which was appealing to us tourists) but this is not true, the kitchen doesn't open until 730-8pm but they allowed us to sit, chat and drink and provided us with delicious olives and home made breadsticks. The cocktails are amazing too, the server was also very knowledgeable on the liquer and when I ordered a gin and tonic, he asked me if I wanted something with more floral or bitter notes and made me a drink based on my preference. And the gin & tonic was the best G&T I've ever had. I regret not asking him what kind of gin was used! Cantone...

Location carina, servizio impeccabile cibo molto molto buono e porzioni generose, non il solito micro piatto. Marcello trasmette le sue passioni con amore e tanta conoscenza, sempre alla ricerca di materie prime da piccole aziende locali, e vini "naturali" Non filtrati e senza aggiunte di solfiti. Tutto questo, per quanto mi riguarda, mi ha fatto vivere una serata che ricorderò a lungo, dove tra le cose buone ho mangiato la tartare migliore che abbia mai mangiato, scoperto due vini naturali particolarmente piacevoli, tutto fuori dai schemi abituali. Altra nota positiva il conto, sconticino a parte, più che giusto.tornerò sicuramente, forse prima in Enoteca. Grazie per quello che fate. Consiglio a tutti di provare...

Siamo andati a trovare Roberto e Marcello nel nuovo locale che hanno recentemente inaugurato e siamo stati benissimo, come sempre. L'atmosfera accogliente e familiare ti fa sentire subito a tuo agio, mentre l'arredamento elegante aggiunge un tocco di raffinatezza all'ambiente.

Il trasferimento nel nuovo locale ha sicuramente aggiunto valore all'esperienza culinaria, offrendo uno spazio più ampio e confortevole per i suoi ospiti. Qui si trova un ristorante dove gustare piatti deliziosi accompagnati dalla gentilezza del personale che rende ogni visita una piacevolissima esperienza.
