In general a very nice and cozy place in lazise but we made a bad experience. Yesterday we were guests at this bar and had a lovely evening with a lot of nice drinks, in general a very nice time. Today we wanted to repeat this nice evening. We all were dressed basic casual and waited in the entrance. A few seconds and a bartender came to us who was not there yesterday. He told us that we need to wear long pants to come in. It has 25 degrees and in general it was a warm day. In addition there were other guests who also had short pants. Absolut unfriendly staff!!! We came along there with 2 families and my 8 years old daughter needed to pee. I asked very friendly, with my little girl at the hand, if she can use their toilet. A staff member told me, it’s impossible ‘cause it’s only for guests. Hey come on, it’s a little girl and she needed to pee. I got angry and wanted to past him with my daughter and just go, but he stopped me with his hands. I didn’t want to make much trouble with my little girl by my side so we went away and found another place just round the corner, where it was no problem, thanks. The waitress with her hair tied up in two buns, Alexandra, is one of the rudest humans on the planet. Its a real shame because the drinks are nice and the bar is really cool.
