Have you ever eaten a cold steak? Because that's exactly what happened to us. Did you tell the waiter and he didn't care? Did you find out that the restaurant staff lied to you and didn't bring out the dish that was sitting cold in the kitchen just because of their mistake and then charged you for that mistake and didn't apologize? Because that's exactly what happened to us. Bad staff, cold food and horrible service. The restaurant's response will probably be a generic copy paste instead of taking responsibility and refunding their money for their cold food. Which is what they'll serve at...

Der Service ist ziemlich schlecht. Man wartet 20 Minuten bis man überhaupt bedient wird. Andere Gäste erhalten ihr Essen schneller, obwohl wir eine halbe Stunde eher eingetroffen sind. Die Vorspeise wird nach der Hauptspeise gebracht. Eine Person musste fast eine Stunde auf ihre Hauptspeise (Lasagne) warten, was nur mit peinlichen Ausreden erklärt wurde (das Gericht müsste ja frisch und warm sein). Der Höhepunkt war, dass die Lasagne dann kalt serviert wurde und auf unsere Beschwerde hin anscheinend einfach nur in der Mikrowelle warm gemacht wurde. Bei der Rechnung ist anschließend auch ein Fehler unterlaufen. Unterm Strich katastrophaler Service. 2 Sterne gibt es, da (bis auf die kalte Lasagne) das Essen hervorragend war. Allerdings schmeckt es nicht so gut, wenn man vom Service genervt ist.

The service is pretty bad. You wait 20 minutes until you are even served. Other guests receive their food faster, although we arrived half an hour earlier. The starter is brought after the main course. A person had to wait almost an hour for their main course (lasagna), which was only explained with embarrassing excuses (the dish should be fresh and warm). The highlight was that the lasagna was then served cold and, at our complaint, it seemed that it was just made warm in the microwave. Also a mistake was then made in the invoice. It's just OK, not less but also not more. A lot of different pizza variations but nothing which points out. Taste is ok but a bit to grease. Worst was the beer. That's one point which was really awful. They have a good blond and dark German beer from Rosenheim but they serve it without CO2 and without foam. The in Germany called flower, is not there. My beer was not the only one, it was the same for all. It's a German beer not an english Guinness. I never have had this in Italy, the beer...
