Senzanomebar — Restaurant in Lazise

We ate at the Senzatiome restaurant and had an amazing experience. Before the restaurant opened the kids had an icecreme, that blew the kids away, and us grownups had great drinks. When the restaurant opened, we decided to stay and eat here, and we did not regret! The most amazing seafood platter was served to us with lobsters and clams like we had never seen before! Amazingly prepared and beautifully served! Just perfect. And with the most beautiful view we could have imagined. The kids were even blown away by the pizza, and they’re not easily impressed. We had an accident during the dinner, where my coffee tipped over me, and the staff, especially Alex and a girl in the bar were so great, and helped dry everything up, and even asked if it was their fault which it absolutely wasn’t! Amazing service, and amazing food. 5* out of 5! Will definitely be back, and will definitely recommend. Looking forward to coming...

Leider sehr enttäuschender Besuch – Service unterirdisch

Wir waren vor Kurzem in diesem Restaurant essen und mussten leider eine sehr negative Erfahrung machen. Der Service ließ stark zu wünschen übrig. Bestellungen wurden falsch aufgenommen, aber trotzdem am Ende auf der Rechnung aufgeführt. Das Essen kam für unsere Gruppe zu völlig unterschiedlichen Zeiten, sodass manche bereits fertig waren, bevor andere überhaupt ihr Gericht erhalten hatten, und teilweise auch kalte Beilagen zu den Haupt Speisen. Für ein Baby und ein Kleinkind die nichts gegessen haben wurde Coperto verlangt, dass wir normal gerne zahlen wenn alles passt.

Als wir beim Bezahlen höflich darauf hingewiesen haben, dass wir mit dem Ablauf unzufrieden waren, und auch die Rechnung und Coperto nicht stimmt reagierte der Kellner sehr unprofessionell. Statt Verständnis zu zeigen oder sich zu entschuldigen, wirkte er sehr arrogant und beleidigt – und bat uns sogar, in Zukunft nicht mehr wiederzukommen.

Das Fehler passieren ist völlig normal, da haben wir auch Verständnis, aber ein solches Verhalten ist für ein Restaurant schlicht inakzeptabel. Leider können wir daher keine Empfehlung aussprechen und werden zusammmen mit unseren Freunden und Bekannten definitiv nicht erneut...

Location rinnovata esteticamenca ,frequento il posto da diversi anni,e con il rinnovo del locale l'asticella del ristorante è aumentata. La posizione della struttura e veramente ottima per godersi un ottima cena fronte lago con una vista rilassante e piacevole, creata nell'ultimo periodo anche una terrazza panoramica dove degustare coktaeil o bere una semplice birretta godendosi il tramonto del lago.Potrete mangiare da una buona pizza fino a delle portate di pesce, o di carne, ottimi primi ,diciamo che ce n'è per tutti i gusti. A volte ho l'imbarazzo della scelta e nn so cosa degustare. Personale professionale simpatico e cordiale. Un ottimo posto e ci ritorno sempre quando sono in zona. Qualità prezzo molto buona. Siamo ritornati ancora,anche con amici e hanno confermato il nostro pensiero. Sempre soddisfatti.
