We had already thought we would have to look for another restaurant for the evening after the restaurant was dark. However, it turned out that the fish restaurant was in the neighbouring steak restaurant. We got a nice table for two on the first floor without a reservation. This is certainly possible out of season, but in peak season it would be better to book. We had I Crudi e i Carpacci alla moda nostra as a starter. This included scampi, prawns, tuna, salmon and white fish (fish is unknown to me), and calamari/sepia. I liked everything except the white fish, which had a strange flavour and an unusual consistency. My partner was not averse to it. The tuna tastes similar to beef when raw, very delicious. The salmon was rather neutral in flavour, not comparable to the tuna in terms of intensity. The price of the starter is okay for the selection, but too expensive for the quantity. 50% cheaper would be sufficient. We had the same selection in other restaurants, but at much cheaper prices. As a second course we had pasta with tuna (menu of the day) and pasta with seafood. The second course was by far the best pasta dish I've had in Apulen. In terms of flavour, everything is represented: tomatoes, seafood, garlic, onions. Heavenly down to the last bite. Apart from the starter, the pasta here is an absolute MUST. The service was extremely friendly and helpful - high compliments!
