Absolutely wonderful food and staff!! My husband and I were blown away with the innovative flavors and preparations, as well as the quality of the ingredients. The servers had a full knowledge and understanding of the menu and the wines. The timing of the delivery of the dishes was perfect for us. Now for the details. To start, qe ordered the degustazione di antipasti dell'osteria. We were told the selection is changed nightly. This included beet cured salmon, tuna & watermelon tartar with coconut cream, fried octopus balls with mustard, fried squash blossoms with a vegetable sauce and caciocavallo, and lightly breaded mussels with a lemon mayonnaise. Each was perfectly prepared and so fresh. I was especially impressed with the tuna/watermelon/coconut combination and the mussels. We followed this with fettuccine "del Duca". "Lemon" sauced pasta with raw pink and purple shrimp, and zucchini chips. Also incredible! The second course was the veal braised in negroamaro wine. Sooo tender! And no bitterness that sometimes comes from over-cooking wine. The richness of the veal contrasted nicely with the accompanying green beans. Finally, we enjoyed a coconut-blueberry magnum ice cream bar. I cannot stress enough that this restaurant is worth a visit if you visit Lecce!!

Oggi, in data 17 novembre 2024 (domenica), decido di pranzare presso questo punto di ristoro per festeggiare l'anniversario di fidanzamento. Ho prenotato ben due giorni prima, perché il ristorantino mi aveva da subito fatto una buona impressione in base a quanto osservato sui social. Premetto che ero già stato qui, ma quando il locale era in verità sotto un'altra gestione. Abbiamo aperto le danze con un un frittino misto, un'insalata di mare e Magnum di patate e gamberi. Qualsiasi bella parola non renderebbe l'idea, credetemi, ma garantisco che gli antipasti di cui sopra si sono rivelati letteralmente stupefacenti. Nel prosieguo ci siamo fiondati su due primi: sagna incannulata e tagliolino al limone (bagnati da un ottimo rosato). Insomma, che dire? Portate che abbiamo trovato incredibilmente divine, gustose e caratterizzate da un impiattamento che oserei definire quasi commovente; questo perché si evince fin da subito l'abnegazione e l'enorme amore che Edoardo ci mette nel creare questi piatti; piatti che sembrano delle vere e proprie opere d'arte culinarie. Cos'altro posso aggiungere? Il conto era estremamente adeguato alla qualità del cibo, ergo giusto. Ringrazio ancora una volta Edoardo e i ragazzi, perché hanno fatto vivere, a me e alla mia compagna, un anniversario davvero indimenticabile. Provate la loro cucina, perché trattasi di un vero e proprio cantico del gusto. Non ve ne pentirete.

Nuova gestione per questo ristorante in centro a Lecce: lavorando nel medesimo campo non ho apprezzato diverse cose. Nel momento in cui si consegna il menu, consiglierei di comunicare mancanze o variazioni, è sempre fastidioso sentirsi dire questo c’è e questo no quando hai già deciso. Ho trovato il servizio lento e disattento, volenteroso si ma un po’ inesperto e poco sul pezzo, nonostante ci siano pochi coperti, con attesa tra antipasto e primo davvero troppo lunga. Circa il cibo: senza infamia e senza lode. Frittini da migliorare sicuramente, soprattutto le polpette e le pittule troppo secche. Il mio primo di tagliolini al limone con gamberi e chips di zucchine, molto carino a vedersi, ma ignorando l’assenza del sale, non ho apprezzato l’aver trovato i gamberi puliti male. Il tutto doveva concludersi con un dolce con candelina(cosa comunicata appena entrati) ma anche quello si è fatto attendere parecchio(almeno dieci minuti dall’arrivo del caffe)tanto da far pensare che se ne fossero dimenticati. Credo che ci voglia solo un po’ di tempo per carburare o forse siamo semplicemente capitati in un giorno meno fortunato.

WOW. Found by coincidence. Our waiter spoke English. Food was simply amazing, well thought and extremely well done. Among the dishes we tried crispy burrata in tomatoes, pasta with calamar ink, fried pumpkins flowers.I also recommend the osteria tasting for two. Chef gives you what he wants and what he wanted was just amazing: flan, salmon marinated with peach, fish balls, bacala with pea puree. As for desert tiramisu, cheese cake and pana cotta. Wine was super well recommended a total bill 129 euros for 4 of us. I highly recommend this...
