The service at this coffee shop was extremely disappointing. Despite the waitstaff frequently passing by, they ignored us and didn’t take our order. On top of that, their behavior was very unprofessional. One of them, a red-haired waitress, gave us hostile looks even after we repeatedly asked her to take our order. To make matters worse, she prioritized customers who arrived after us, taking their orders before ours.

Noisy for the (dance pop) music and all the kids. Pink, cute, and pretty modern design, flower walls and corridor for photos, teddy bears, it looks like a kid paradise. Add all the chocolate! That ice cream bowl on a photo IS chocolate. Everything's super filling. Don't order more than one thing at first, unless you haven't eaten for a whole day. The food is delicious and pretty too.

Il locale situato in piazza Mazzini presenta un esterno accattivante e fresco che si riflette anche all'interno con preponderanza del colore rosa, corbeilles di fiori e orsi giganti. Premetto che la scelta del locale è stata effettuata da una amica che avendo un bimbo di tre anni voleva provare con lui questa nuova pasticceria/gelateria di cui a Lecce si è parlato tanto. Pomeriggio inoltrato pertanto non abbiamo fatto fila per accedere al locale trovando personale gentile e abbastanza celere nel servizio. Personalmente nulla da eccepire perché nella "girandola" di golose offerte che presenta il menu, io ho preso un semplice caffe. Purtroppo la mia amica ha scelto per se e per il bambino una coppa di fragole con panna che fin dal primo assaggio è risultata "poco convincente" e pertanto è stata lasciata nel bicchiere. Inutile dire che non credo di tornare a frequentare questo locale ma ritengo che sia un peccato che accadono questi episodi facendo scadere la qualità di un locale aperto da qualche anno in una location appetibile come Piazza Mazzini, episodi che consiglierei di evitare se rapportati a prezzi che non si possono definire economici.
