Terrible experience with this company who is Blaming Customers for Their Own Defects!
I had an extremely frustrating experience with this company and would never recommend buying from them. I ordered a bag, and when it arrived, the leather was already wrinkled and looked defective. Even my husband saw it and asked me, "Is this normal?" Clearly, it was not!
I immediately returned the bag without even using it, expecting a refund. But instead, they came back claiming the leather was damaged and refusing to refund me. This is completely unfair and dishonest—the bag was in the exact same condition as when I received it, and they are now trying to blame me for their poor quality control.
Their customer service was useless, refusing to take responsibility or even acknowledge that the defect was there when they sent it. This company clearly does not stand behind its products and is happy to scam customers out of their money.
Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. I wish I had!
Reply: I will attach the photos for the world to see that the bag you sent me was already damaged, and the photo you sent me. Read moreI went in to the store on the weekend with a friend from London who was interested in a Loewe bag. After asking the staff about the price, the 3-4 staff had no idea about the price.... It wasn't exceptionally busy. There was only 1 bag in the window, and no one could touch the merchandising to discover the actual price, but you'd think they would have a stock list...Anyway, after leaving my number so that the staff could contact me when they 'discovered' the price, we left the store thinking we would go back to purchase the bag once the price was confirmed so that they could actually put through the sale. I'm still waiting for that call. To the owner of the store and the store : You missed a sale of 1000 + euros. (my friend bought it in London instead...). A Pretty Woman moment....
Read moreGreat store! Fast delivery: one day the package was prepared, the second shipped and I had it on the third day at 9 a.m. The bag is wonderful. The prices compared to other luxury online stores (such as Farfetch or MyTheresa) are very competitive. Maybe the packaging could be a little improved and be more like in MyTheresa with that beautiful yellow box, but it wasn't bad. I guess the store is pretty new and is on its learning curve. The bag was secured in the box, hidden in a dustbag and covered with paper.
To sum up: fast and prompt delivery, great product with all tags, authenticity card etc. and very good prices and promotions. I can only recommend!
