Unfortunately one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. Nothing was good.
The service was bad, the staff unfriendly and the meny confusing.
The bread that was put on the table was extremely dry and there was no butter of oil to dip it in.
They didnt have the first things we ordered, so we had to take something else.
Two of us ordered the fish dish, and for €18 we assumed it would be an actual dish, but when the food arrived it was only a piece of coocked fish on a plate. Nothing next to it. So sides. Nothing. We asked about it, and the waitor was rude and didn’t understand the problem. Apparently they had sides on another page in the meny, but they never thought to let us know when we ordered.
The other two ordered a pasta with scampi. The pasta was untasteful and there was almost no food in the scampi.
We were a company of four and half of us got the food first, then the two others had to wait for 5-10 minutes to get their food.
The food was disappointing and not filling. But no one came to check on us to ask if everything was okay.
When they checked on us after the dinner we told them we were dissatisfied, but they were rude and said everything was our fault because we spoke English and didn’t understand Italian customs.
The cut nothing off the price and even charged a total of €16 for...
Read moreIt was our first visit to this restaurant and we were looking forward to it as it had lots of good reviews. Unfortunately we waited 45mn for our main course because they had forgotten our order. No one came to explain what was going on and when we asked they didn’t seem very concerned about it. Only one waiter came to apologies but the host was very rude to us and said that basically, this happens when things are busy and that’s just how things are. We were very shocked by that attitude and they refused to give us any form of compensation. During the meal we also felt more attention was being given to other tables, especially tables where local people were sitting. I will not be...
