Fantastic experience. Really great ambiance, you dine in a succulent garden that is elegantly decorated. The food is superb. Fresh and meticulously prepared. The service is professional and very courteous. The only reason why we’re not giving 5 stars is that we started a 2 course meal at 9pm and didn’t get dessert until 11.30pm. The wait is just excruciating. We hope they’ll make amends and make this a 5 star restaurant all-around. It would be well deserved. That said, we noted delays are common in Lipari. Absolutly awful service. Subpar food, overcooked or too much salt. When we said that the tuna was overcooked we were brought another serving with literally raw fish other than outer layer. It was ice cold in the middle. After another hour of waiting for the rest of dishes waiters were throwing plates on the table and kept having no idea who ordered what. Very disappointing. The recent reviews are right, this place is not worse it’s general rating. The waiters rushed us all night. Taking our plates while I was still eating my starter to throw the main on the table. The food is very poor and very expensive. Most of the waiters were rude.
