Borgo Burger — Restaurant in Livorno

Travelling for 12 hrs so needed something good and quick on stopping in Livorno…..got both at Borgo Burger. Food superb, freshly made and quick, staff very friendly and very efficient, beer good too. What more could a hungry engineer need after a hard day…..so good in fact I ate here four nights running on way back to hotel. Thanks to all at Borgo Burger, keep it up...

Il locale è carino ma la gestione non buona. Siamo andati al secondo turno del sabato, ore 21. Eravamo in 4. Ci accomodiamo e ordiniamo. Abbiamo dovuto attendere 1 ora e mezza per degli hamburger. La cameriera aveva provato a dirci di ordinare altro perché c'era da attendere (quindi eravamo preparati ad una attesa consistente) ma un'ora e mezza risulta essere un po' eccessiva (soprattutto se si vuole solo un hamburger come nel nostro caso). Alle nostre rimostranze, dovute anche al fatto che dopo un'ora e mezza non reggeva nemmeno la scusa che erano pieni dato che il locale era ormai mezzo vuoto, ci è arrivato l'ordine. Il punto è che gli hamburger non erano granché. Carne stracotta, bacon idem e altri ingredienti (come formaggio) presenti in poca quantità. Pane non proprio di alta qualità. Mi dispiace perchè, anche dato il prezzo, ci aspettavamo molto di più. Ovviamente non posso esprimermi sulla parte pokè e ramen perché non abbiamo provato. L'ambiente invece carino, un po' alla fast food ma...
