This has been the most incredible carbonara I had in my life! Spectacular food, we tried the pulp salat and the lasagne as well, truly amazing delicious and unforgettable experience. Leaving this place, I regret visiting all the rest restaurants in Santa Terrasa, I wish I found you on the first day. One day, I will be coming back to the island only to eat at your place! Heute zum 3. Mal hier: eindeutig unser Lieblingsrestaurant in Palau. Der Service (die Besitzerin?) ist sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend, kleine Missverständnisse aufgrund der Sprache, hatten wir schnell aus dem Weg geräumt. Wir wurden auf eine etwas längere Wartezeit hingewiesen, da der Koch und Besitzer alleine die Küche schmeißt; dafür größten Respekt. Überhaupt erfordert das kleine Lokal eine gute Organisation, und das gebührt einiger Wertschätzung! Alles wird frisch zubereitet und eine Carbonara ist eine Carbonara (und nicht ein Sahneomelett!), mit echten, authentischen Zutaten. Dementsprechend lecker. Und sättigend. Die Bolognese war köstlich, wie selbstgemacht. Der Doppelburger war auch ordentlich groß und der Patty war dick, das Fleisch kompakt und gut gewürzt. Die Spaghetti mit Muscheln: Soße sehr sämig, gut gewürzt und schön präsentiert. Die Salumiplatte habe ich alleine gegessen, fand ich etwas knapp berechnet für 2 und für mich persönlich zuviel Salami (hätte mir Cotto und Crudo dazu gewünscht). Bin mir allerdings nicht sicher, ob es nicht ein Missverständnis gab. Die Portionen sind wesentlich größer als in anderen Restaurants. Preis/Leistung überdurchschnittlich. Die Wartezeiten waren normal, allerdings essen wir immer sehr spät (ggn 16-17 Uhr) wenn kaum was los ist. Klare Weiterempfehlung. 👍🏻

The portions are much bigger than they seem in the menu. We got Fried Squid, Fried Squid and Prawns, a Mix fried plate of potatoes, a glass of wine and cocktail for 55 euros. If we knew the portions were so big we'd have ordered only one fish meal and potatoes. The squids and prawns were among the freshest and tastiest I've ever had.

We have been travelling throughout Southern Europe for the past nine weeks. During our travels, we have spent considerable time in Malta, Sicily and Sardinia and have eaten many pasta dishes in some of the most reputable restaurants in each respective location. What we tasted today however, was by far the best we have had during our holiday. The clam & bottarga pasta was absolutely divine and the Carbonara the best I’ve ever had.
