A fuir absolument.

A bon entendeur, salut!

Holidaying in North East Sardinia from the U.K. in mid June 2023, following a recommendation we visited this restaurant for dinner, which is in the heart of Santa Teresa di Gallura.

The restaurant is run by the brothers, Marco and Riccardo.

It is well laid out, nicely decorated, well ventilated and clean - we opted to sit outside, with a view of the lovely gardens.

We were waited on by Roberto - who was helpful and professional throughout.

We had Pizza - it was lovely, high quality dough, fresh ingredients, well seasoned and delicious.

This is a good quality restaurant that serves nice food at reasonable prices, with service to match.

I spoke with Riccardo at the end - he was very pleasant in asking if we enjoyed our dinner. Which we did.

If you like Pizza, then I strongly recommend a visit...

This was maybe our favorite restaurant so far during our Sardinian vacation! I almost ordered a pizza because the online photos looked like real Napoletana style, but we had eaten pizza for lunch, so I got the spaghetti al ragù (Bolognese). It was absolutely delicious and was the best spaghetti I've had in quite a while, but I was a little jealous when I saw the pizza at other tables because they looked SO good, and probably the most genuine Napoletana pizza that we've seen in Sardinia so far. The wait staff was super friendly and the patio area is very nice. If it hadn't been our last night in Santa Teresa di Gallura, we would have gone back the next day because my wife liked it just as much as I did. Highly...

Pretty much the only restaurant worth going to in STDG. Unassuming from the outside, the place is huge and the eating in the back garden gives you a peaceful rest from the town's hubbub. Welcome is spot on, waiters(resses) are friendly. Food cannot be faulted! Forget the pizzerias claiming to do real Napoleatan pizze...they are real here! Huge crust and cooked to perfection. The linguine con gamberoni and the linguine with mussels are worth having. See you soon!
