Pizzeria da flowers — Restaurant in Lungòni/Santa Teresa Gallura

This restaurant has a wide variety of pizza choices, including many kinds of standard, specialty and white pies. We tried the Estate and Diavolo pizzas. They were absolutely delicious, with thin, flavorful, semolina crusts and very fresh ingredients. They are quite large for personal pizzas. I could only eat half. The price was right too…three pizzas with soda, water and 1/2 liter of wine was under 50 Euros. We were able to get in without a reservation, but the hostess made it very clear (and not very nicely) that reservations are preferred. Empatia = mettersi al posto di.... Ecco voglio mettermi al posto della signora che ci ha " accolto ". Tenendo fermo il fatto che questi famosi 12 minuti e non 20 non dovrebbero creare problema, solitamente, il quardo d'ora è tollerabile.Ovviamente se il ritardo si protrae è giusto e corretto avvisare. Detto questo, mettendomi nei panni della signora, avrei fatto accomodare i clienti tranquillamente ma solo al momento del pagamento, quindi alla cassa, avrei pacamente detto " tutto bene ? Vi chiedo solo la cortesia se decideste di scegliere nuovamente il nostro locale x la prossima volta dovreste avvisarci in modo di che non si dubiti del mancato arrivo" Oppure come normalmente avviene in tanti locali il ristoratore chiede il numero di cellulare per eventuali problematiche gestionali del locale. Tutto sarebbe andato liscio come l olio. Invece la signora ha preferito accogliere apostrofando a voce alta, cosiche anche altri presenti sentissero che quel ritardo avrebbe fatto si che si rischiava di nn avere più il tavolo. Altra considerazione, la signora poteva farsi sostituire da un'altra cameriera x fare servizio al nostro tavolo, invece si presenta e cerca pure ulteriore discussione perché una delle persone al tavolo non la guarda in faccia . La persona sono io, talmente infastidita dall atteggiamento rigido e arrogante della signora, che ho preferito non degnarla di sguardo. Questo ha scatenato in lei una tale collera da invitarci ad andare via dal locale, tenendo conto che l'ordine era in ogni modo stato effettuato e da lì abbiamo chiesto di parlare con il titolare ( il marito) che nn aveva seguito la scena. a very very rude service employee. She received us angry and arrogant. She yelled at us in front of all the guests just because we asked if we could sit at the table because the table has been free for half an hour and we were still queuing. no smile on your face, no friendliness. The guest or the tourist is not welcome there according to my experience we had no choice but to leave the restaurant disappointed.
