Nothing bad to say about this restaurant. The food was delicious, the service excellent and the atmosphere enchanting in the little square next to the statue of Puccini. It was dreamy. I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you are in Lucca (BTW this is a city worth your time : gorgeous). Homey feeling and the food was amazing. Buon appetito. !

Nice staff and location, even better wine. As a vegetarian there were not many options but the ones they have are good. The options were : The starter in the photo 5/5 ⭐️, a truffle pasta and a traditional soup - don’t be fooled by the fact its a soups is very fulfilling and delicious

Ottima scoperta! Siamo stati con la mia compagna in questa osteria prima della serata cinema. Scelta un pò per comodità un pò per curiosità (abitando in centro ancora non ero stato in questo locale) siamo stati a cena. Abbiamo preso uno sformatino di zucca con funghi, poi una ribollita e un salmone in crosta di patate con zucchine e mandorle. Patate al forno di accompagnamento. Un vino rosso tenute Mariani (bicchiere) Caffè e amaro. Tutto buono, servizio preciso e cordiale, locale carino. Impiattamento discreto. In conclusione, siamo stati davvero bene. Serata piacevole, anche per le chiacchiere post cena e l'amaro offerto successivamente. Prezzi, molto buoni visto la qualità e il servizio Consigliata!!! Torneremo sicuramente

After a month in Lucca we have chosen to eat here for our last meal. We have enjoyed three other dinners here including my husbands birthday. The owner is the chef, his wife the server and BIL also a server. A very hard working family that takes great pride in their dishes. Two stand out dishes for me were the rabbit ragù with Malfate and asparagus risotto(seasonal). The atmosphere with the Puccini theme is just a perfect setting. Nice wine choices. Looking forward to...

What a great find after I was told to go to Buca di Sant’ Antonio which was fully booked. Service was excellent and the pasta was perfect. I love the bite and chew if homemade pasta and the sauce was so fresh and natural. I’d happily recommend this restaurant to anyone.
