Residenza Centro Storico — Hotel in Lucca

So the lovcatin is great right in the town centre. Checking in was a lot difficult as if you are not there at certain hours the door is locked I didn’t realize this but there is a number to call posted in the door and they were helpful but you need to scan a QR code to get the keys and it was not working so I had to purchase a code scanner in the App Store which was frustrating. The rooms are all in the first floor. There is a communal area with a coffee machine and teas which is nice it was very nicely decorated. The rooms were small but very practical and nicely decorated! The check out was a difficult as there was no one in the front desk to return the keys. We had to wonder around the property to find someone. I would recommend this place it’s a mix between a hotel...

We had a beautiful little stay in this hotel. We were travelling as a group of 5 and booked a family room and a double.||Both rooms were beautifully made up and comfortable. It was great to have a family room that felt spacious and hadn't just stuck in an extra bed. ||There were lots of lovely touches: bottles of water in the room with a drinking-water tap available in a communal area. There was a coffee machine freely available for use, as well as books and games.||The location is incredible... you are inside the wall and just steps away from cafes, bars and shops. ||Lovely hosts. Sent lots of information in advance to make finding the property as easy as possible. Additionally, really helpful when I wanted to add an additional person after booking.||Cannot wait...

Soggiorno PERFETTO! Io e il mio ragazzo ci siamo trovati a soggiornare presso questa struttura in occasione del concerto di Eros Ramazzotti!! Siamo stati benissimo, dal nostro arrivo sino alla partenza! Gentilissima e disponibilissima la proprietaria, la sig.ra Silvia, che è stata carinissima con noi per tutta la durata della nostra permanenza, ci ha dato un sacco di consigli e dritte per quanto riguarda gli spostamenti con i mezzi, dove mangiare, ecc.. Al nostro arrivo c'era un ragazzo alla reception molto gentile e a modo che ci ha dato la mappa della città, ci ha dato le chiavi e fatto vedere la nostra stanza e ci ha spiegato come funzionasse il tutto!! Stanza molto carina, pulita e ordinata, con asciugamani e saponi nel bagno..Il letto molto comodo e nella camera c 'erano merendine, crackers, caffè e the in bustine con bollitore annesso..La mattina ci hanno pulito e riordinato la stanza!! Fantastica anche la finestra con la bella vista dei palazzi tipici e dei localini che ci stanno intorno.. La zona è centralissima, nel cuore della città, da piazza Napoleone dista poco più di 2 minuti..Fornitissima di locali, bar, gelaterie, negozietti tipici e negozi di ogni genere e tipo.. Inoltre è vicinissima alla stazione dei treni, noi infatti ci siamo arrivati a piedi senza problemi in pochissimo!! Non c'è la colazione inclusa ma si può andare al bar di fronte e godere di uno sconto del 10% ( fanno tanti tipi di cose, buonissime e molto innovative, da provare)! La sera è piacevole sentire il via vai della gente appunto perché è una zona molto centrale e frequentata da ragazzi e turisti, ma nessun problema, se avete problemi a riuscire a prendere sonno, tranquilli, sul comodino troverete 2 tappi per le orecchie;) insomma, se volete andare a Lucca, godervela, rilassarvi e stare bene, soggiornate a Residenza Centro Storico,...
