Worst experience ever. Took 3 cokes in glass bottle, one dropped, your fault they say, we took another three, same problem, simply the carton package was completely loose. The owner, tall guy, look at us like we tried to kill him with pieces of glass on the floor, charged us for all bottles, and even facing the truth that the new package was broken as the previous one he said your fault and said, I can offer you a plastic bag (0,10€). No smiles, no sorry. Wait. There's more. We tried to pay with our ticket restaurant and he said "I don't know how they work". By law they need to use them. They simply frauded us and you should avoid at all cost this scam place. The ugly absence of courtesy was so rude that can ruin your day. This city will die for people like this guy, who thinks a new client will always enter that door...

Avoid this place. We bought a bag of Cantuccini that was clearly marked at €2.40–3.90 on the shelf, but at the register we were charged €4.99. When we asked for a refund, the man at the counter said it’s not possible and offered us other products instead of giving our money back. Ma siamo seri io ero solamente nel reparto pasta ho toccato un sacchetto di pasta,capisco che magari l’ho spostato indietro di poco,però fare tutta quella scena no.Prima al altoparlante dice di mettere apposto la pasta,avrei capito se io e la mia amica avevamo fatto un disastro,o che magari avevamo messo un paio di pacchetti in disordine però no,erano apposto,spostiamo un po’ la pasta in caso che avevamo fatto veramente qualche danno.Andiamo alla cassa per pagare quei cavoli di saikebon e ci dicono ancora di mettere apposto,così ritorniamo a rimettere apposto la pasta,anche se era già apposto.Abbiamo messo apposto pure il riso che non abbiamo toccato,tutto abbiamo messo apposto.Poi quando abbiamo fatto per uscire la cassiera ci guarda male.Capisco che avete avuto brutte esperienze con altri ragazzini della nostra età,però non significa che ogni ragazzino che entra va a creare caos.Veramente deluso,migliorate il servizio clienti é...
