Ordered pizza for delivery. 2 of the 3 pizzas arrived without lids on the boxes, completely exposed during transport. When I called the restaurant to express my hygiene concerns, they were rude and didn’t see any problem with delivering uncovered food like that. I find this completely unacceptable from a food safety perspective - having pizzas transported openly like this seems unsanitary. The staff’s dismissive attitude when I raised these concerns was equally disappointing. The pizzas ended up in the bin as one had stuck to another pizza box due to the lack of protective lids. Their lack of attention to basic food protection details makes me question their overall approach to food safety. If you like to taste a real Italian pizza this is the place. These guys are masters of pizza. There are lot types of regular pizzas, there are also gourmet pizzas. We tried at least three types and all were delicious. The batter was superb. The gourmet pizza was black dough. The combination of the products on it - skillfully selected so that you can feel the taste of each individually and as a whole. Frederica - our waitress was kind, smiling and to every question I asked what she would recommend, she answered with a smile. We tried most of the things he recommended and they were superb. Es war jetzt bestimmt der 5. Besuch. Der Empfang freundlich, optische Veränderung- keine. Und das ist doch etwas beunruhigend. Die Sitzplätze wurde nicht auf Abstand für die Pandemie Regeln angepasst. Es ist viel zu eng gestellt. Neuste Errungenschaft: eine code basierende Speisekarte, die man aufs Handy lädt. Aber ... man hat vergessen das nicht jeder ein IPad Pro Format dabei hat. Viel zu viel Text 😤keine andere Sprache außer italienisch 😤 und auf Nachfrage keine gedruckte Speisekarte. Man bestellt also auf Verdacht da englisch auch nicht zu den Basics des Personal gehört...aber dafür hat jetzt jeder ein Knopf im Ohr.🤪 eine neue Hilfe hat dann auch schon mal als erstes sämtliche Getränke über den Tisch und Besucher vergossen. Der Service ist Express Format aber setzt einen auch sehr unter Druck. Und es ist weiterhin zu laut!🧐🤨 Wie war das Essen ? Verschiedene Pizza Teig Basis .... weiter eine gute Idee. Gesamt Geschmack sehr fade, kein Biss, nix außergewöhnliches für die Geschmack Sinne. Denn... es ist einfach ein teurer Pizza Laden. Pizza de Luxe, wie selbst benannt ist mit knapp 18 Euro 💶 too much. Mir scheint weiterhin dass es nur um die Größe der Pizza geht. Und die Max Größe ist sicher etwas aus der Norm. Aber nur um 😶 mich voll zu essen bis maximal gehe ich nicht ins Restaurant. Salat war weiter gut. Hauswein bianco war eher wie Wasser mit Wein gemischt. Aber insgesamt betrachtet war der Preis für drei Personen zu hoch. Da waren wir uns alle einig. Es mag dann doch besser sein eine eher unauffällig Pizzeria zu besuchen. Die tut es dann...
