Cannot fault the service, food or drinks here. It was so good, we chose to dine here on both of our two nights in Lucca.

The wine is amazing, but the chef's self infused gins are so good that there aren't any words to describe them.

The food and anti-pasti plates are also the best I've eaten in Italy to far. They were very accommodating and had gluten free options for my mother who is celiac.

This was our least enjoyable meal of our trip. If you are into sausages and tripe then this is the place for you..I’m sure their menu changes routinely but this is what was featured this evening. Als Übernachtungsgäste im angeschlossenen Hotel (ebenfalls empfehlenswert), haben wir uns mit Freunden hier getroffen. Das Restaurant ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und die Karte, ganz nach unserem Geschmack, übersichtlich aber sehr gut zusammengestellt.

Wir waren vier Personen und hatten alle unterschiedliche Vorspeisen, Pastagerichte und auch Hauptspeisen. Keine einzige davon hat nicht geschmeckt! Die Portionen waren mehr als ausreichend und wenn es überhaupt etwas zu bemängeln gab, dann dass das Schweinefilet im Hauptgang einen Tick zu trocken war - aber das ist jetzt schon jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau.

Wir baten darum, uns zu den Gängen korrespondierende Weine zu servieren. Auch hier wurde uns eine erstklassige Auswahl toskanischer Weine präsentiert.

Der Service war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommen, alle Abläufe schienen sehr gut eingespielt und das Personal sehr vertraut miteinander.

Am Ende mussten wir dann auch noch feststellen, dass die Rechnung moderat ausfiel. Darüber waren wir sehr überrascht.
