The meat is to die for! 😍

The menu already has some exciting choices, and we had made our choice. But I was curious about the meat experience. In the "meat window" was a selection of 7 meats of various ages. I talked to Massimo and was enticed to try it. Because we're small eaters and didn't come with empty stomachs, we didn't like the idea of the minimum order of 700g. That just seemed like too much. In the end though, 1kg of Mazzetta was not too much, nor too little. We couldn't get enough of this! It was cooked just perfectly, served hot but not too hot. And 3 different salts to accompany it made it even more delicious!

With a side dish of chicory and cherry tomatoes, and a "decomposed tiramisu", we had the best dinner during our stay in...

The steak , the sides and the staff were all exceptional. We were a table of 9, we were served quickly and the staff were very accommodating to the kids special requests. We selected a steak to share for the adults that’ they cut to size for us. Kids had burgers. Everyone loved it. our steak was dry aged approx 40 days tender and full of flavour. Il menù del ristorante Santi Spiriti è ricco e sfizioso, con proposte che accontentano tutti i gusti. Ho avuto modo di assaggiare diverse pietanze, tutte preparate con ingredienti freschi e di stagione.

Piatti da non perdere sono: Crostone sanctum una vera delizia, con pane croccante, battuta di carne fresca, pomodoro e caciocavallo.

Carni frollate una selezione di carni pregiate, frollate alla perfezione e cotte al punto giusto.

Scottona kobie una vera rarità, una carne tenerissima e dal sapore unico.

Un plauso particolare va al proprietario Massimo, che con la sua passione e dedizione ha creato un ristorante davvero speciale. Un ringraziamento anche alla figlia Giorgia, sempre attenta e premurosa con i clienti.
