What a great find . Stumbled upon this place by chance at the end of lunchtime . Amazing food . There are several daily dishes of the day which are outstanding value . I had an orecchiette al ragù €5. My wife had fresh pasta with prawns and clams which wasn’t one of the daily specials but they made to order €12. Amazing quality. You could get a bottle of vino locale 50cl for €3. The place was buzzing with locals coming in for lunch to eat in or take out. Family run no frills place .

Koniecznie tu przyjdź, a zjesz smacznie i tanio, ceny od 5 eur za danie. Pyszne wino. Pozdrawiam serdecznie☺️🇮🇹🇵🇱 Un posto meraviglioso, un'atmosfera familiare, piatti deliziosi. Abbiamo mangiato lasagne, orecchiette e pesce, con un sapore casalingo. Il servizio è stato professionale e molto cordiale. Questo posto è stata una sorpresa per noi, l'abbiamo trovato per caso durante la siesta. È stato un momento piacevole, anche per chiacchierare con il proprietario e lo chef. Vieni assolutamente qui, mangerai bene e a prezzi convenienti, con piatti a partire da 5 euro. Ottimo vino. Un caro saluto! 🇮🇹 🇵🇱☺️

We were recommended to eat lunch here after our wine tasting at I Pastini and it was well worth it! A cute, little place to stop for lunch. The food was AMAZING. The owners and workers up front were very friendly with helping us make a decision.

A lovely find just outside the main white walls at the town centre. Signs that say they are highly rated in Trip Advisor made us curious but the mouthwatering aroma wafting through the door drew us in. The gentleman inside spoke English and told us it is “self-service” style. They have rows of cooked food prepared and you choose the dishes you like, they plate, and carry these to your table together with your drinks. Food was DELICIOUS!! A favourite amongst locals (which is a great sign). We’re already planning to go back this weekend. Venture outside your comfort zone and seek this gem out. Your tummy will thank...

On our last day visiting Martina Franca we decided to try takeaway from Gastronomia la Fenice. The first thing that we noticed was locals dining and ordering take out there - a great sign.

The owners were warm & welcoming. The lady took the time to explained and show us all the beautiful dishes on offer. Lots to choose from with a great selection of meats, pastas and vegetables.

The food we chose was so good - beautiful ingredients cooked with love. We were so glad we stopped by at this wonderful little...

If I could go to this incredible restaurant every day of my life I’d eat better than anyone on earth. We stayed in Martina Franca for a week and had lunch at La Fenice every day it was open. The food is everything one dreams about when they think of Italian cuisine and the hospitality and passion of the owners is beyond compare. I was tempted not to write a review just so I could slightly improve my chances of getting a table next time I visit, but they are so lovely and deserve to be raved about. I can’t wait...
