The food was really GOOD! Excellent quality, freshly made, tasty. Althought the service was not efficient. Took more than one hour to get the meat done, the waiters do not pay any attention to you, to your order, or even to the utensil that you need , for example, they gave me the beer but not the glass to drink it. They are always lookin the other way, never to the client. At the counter the attendant was really nice, explained all about all the bombette flavours, spoke english, but never informed it would take 70 minutes to serve the food.

Anyways, I gave five stars because I love the food and I will definitly go back there to eat it again, even if the service is not that pleasent. By the time we spent in Italy I learned that this is a italian way of serving, confunsing and...

Very good meat, nothing to say about that, but utterly terrible customer service. We ordered a bottle of wine which arrived at the table already opened. I brought this up to the guy behind the meet counter (probably the owner), thinking he must know that good restaurant practice is to open the wine bottle at the table in front of the customers. But he reacted overly defensive and rude, implying that nothing was wrong and that someone who doesn't work in the hospitality business (I don't, but I know how a wine should be served) should not raise a complaint. Instead of making up for the mistake, he proved himself to be arrogant and extremely off-putting, with an unacceptable behaviour. There's is lots of good meat restaurants in the area, definitely...

Mi dispiace che certi locali lavorino in questo modo dando uno schiaffo al cliente quando qualcosa non va! Ieri siamo arrivati al locale all’orario stabilito,abbiamo scelto la carne e ci hanno fatto sedere,abbiamo ordinato dopo una quindicina di minuti o poco più delle patate alla cenere che sono arrivate subito abbastanza fredde ma comunque buone e abbiamo quindi consumato quelle aspettando un ora e forse più per 3 bombette e due pezzi di salsiccia (premetto che era sabato,capisco l’afflusso di gente però) subito dopo è arrivata la bistecca in questione da un kg e mezzo che, agli occhio è parsa bella e buona!! Assaggiandola la carne era ottima come consistenza ma al gusto il sapore della carne non c’era quasi più perché coperto dal fumo della di cottura dei carboni! Abbiamo subito esposto il problema e il piatto è tornato indietro per poi essere riportato a noi dicendo che era buona e che non si sentiva nessun sapore di fumo!! Alchè abbiamo esposto avanti al banco il problema perché la carne immangiabile! C’è stata una mezza spiegazione di come viene cotta la loro carne e quindi (smentito quello che dicevamo) poi hanno detto che l’avrebbero rifatta senza problemi ma abbiamo rifiutato perché dopo due ore seduti al tavolo a mezzanotte volevamo solamente andar via! Ora,penso che nella vita bisogna essere obbiettivi e non prendersela quando qualcosa non va,una critica non è per cattiveria ma per migliorare qualcosa! Il proprietario (suppongo fosse) è sembrato dispiaciuto è disponibile per rimediare,ma sicuramente siamo passati per stupidi nel modo in cui siamo stati trattati prima di andare via come se non capissimo cosa stessimo mangiando e poi è stato così dispiaciuto che non ci ha nemmeno tolto una parte della bistecca (dato che la maggior parte era tutta nel piatto) pagata ben 78€ !! A volte un errore capita ma con una risposta giusta e un comportamento adeguato le cose cambiano e magari saremmo tornati a riprovarla!! Scontenti assolutamente,non...
