Ho avuto il piacere di mangiare al Nausikaa diverse volte nel corso degli ultimi 21 anni e la sensazione di sentirsi a casa, pur essendo in un ambiente molto elegante, non è mai mutata. Questo credo sia fondamentale perché sedersi ad un tavolo per consumare un pasto è un'azione tra le più intime che ci possano essere. Al Nausikaa la formalità di un ristorante si fonde naturalmente con la familiarità di casa. Questo accade anche con i suoi piatti sempre raffinati ed eleganti ma con il sapore inconfondibile della tradizione. La qualità delle materie prime è davvero indiscussa e inequiparabile e lo si percepisce ad ogni boccone. I tavoli sono apparecchiati con una cura maniacale del particolare e il colpo d'occhio iniziale ti accompagna per tutto il pasto. Un commento di riguardo va fatto anche al servizio. I camerieri sono gentili, educati e disponibili a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Food is traditional but reinterpreted in a modern and fun way. Absolutely delicious. Amazing wine lists from Puglia and Italy.
