We had dinner at tico tico back to back 2 nights in our 3 nights stay in meta. The location is amazing. On first night, we dined inside cave and on second night, we got the rooftop sunset view table which was just beautiful. The service is fast and the staffs are super friendly We ordered the following: 1. Mixed fried seafood: good taste but less in quantity 2. Tagliolini pasta with nuts and shrimp and lemon creamy sauce - it was amazing and was good in quantity. Was exactly as good as it sounds or beyond 3. Seafood risotto Good 4. Pizza with sundried tomatoes and buratta cheese Loved this dish 5. Coconut gelato Not bad but we had better in Italy 6. Lemon cake Very good but little too sweet

We went here based on them being very busy the night before & the reviews online. Everything from the beginning was disappointing, they were hesitant to seat us even though the restaurant was empty. They finally did, we ordered salmon and anchovies to start then carbonara & a seafood platter. When he finished taking our food order he walked away without asking if we wanted drinks, halfway across the restaurant he shouted is water okay, i then said no can we order drinks please so we did but he barely gave us time to clarify anything. The starter was ok, anchovies were drenched in vinegar which made them hard to eat, the salmon was fine. The carbonara… i have attached an image of what it looks like online and then what we received, it was inedible, it was basically spaghetti with scrambled eggs. We know what a carbonara is meant to taste like and this was super disappointing, we did not eat any of this after trying it, the seafood grill was mediocre, the prawns were a bit mushy, the octopus & calamari was very overcooked & also inedible. The swordfish was the only thing that was actually nice on the plate. Maybe it was just a bad chef on that night because the other reviews look good but we won’t be back and i wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. service was rushed and not very friendly & it’s super overpriced. also the atmosphere is very eerie if you go early on due to no music just football on in the background.

Eating here ruined our entire vacation. My partner had the salmon pasta and ended up in the emergency room. When she was finally out of the hospital, we went to them and explained the situation. We were polite, respectful and understanding. We simply asked they help us with the bill, or at least offer us an apology. We spoke in a low voice so the other customers wouldn't hear. Not only did the manager not apologise, he just laughed at us and said 'go speak to your lawyer, you can't prove anything.' He then started yelling. That was the only meal we'd had the entire trip where my partner and I ate something different, and the only meal she had that day, so it could only be the salmon. Within a few hours of eating it, she was vomiting profusely. I understand if you can't help us with the medical bills, that's fine. But laughing in our faces, screaming and insulting us, while we were calm and respectful? That's disguting behaviour. Eat here at your own risk, it ruined our entire trip and cost us 300 eur in bills.

A nice restaurant overlooking a bay. Perfect for a sunset dinner on a terrace. Rhe wait staff is friendly and attentive, speaking good English. Fresh homemade pasta is very good. Fish and seafood was less so. Swordfish was a bit dry. The biggest disappointment was the mixed fish plate it tasted good and looked good on a plate, but there was paper between the fish and the plate. And when you cut fish and the juices flow out, the paper disintegrates and sticks to food. No idea why it was served that way. Deserts are good, a very cold limonchello in a chilled glass was a perfect end dor a dinner. Keep in mind that this restaurant has a service charge.

The views and the service were worth the visit. I walked in and despite the first person saying they did not have space for a view (as I was only one) they eventually took me upstairs to a perfect table for the sunset. The place did not get busy (midweek) but I made the most of my time taking in the views , wine and seafood. The highlight was the Torta Del Giorno! It was delicious. A great experience overall and would definitely recommend if you are staying in Piano de Sorrento
