Bello E Buono — Restaurant in Milan

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered a Garibaldi Penne and a Caprese salad, and both were disappointing. Firstly, my napkin was dirty. When the Caprese salad arrived, it was clearly frozen and barely warm, far from fresh. The Penne was hot but tasted like cheap supermarket pasta with artificial tomatoes, definitely not homemade. The service was awful. My fiancé ordered gnocchi, which had a hair in it and, again, did not taste homemade. We paid and left without finishing our meals. As an English speaking person there was the obvious language barrier. The owner/workers came across as nice for the first 5 minutes and then became rude and impatient after that. If you are not a local or speak/understand Italian, I would not come here. 2 out of 4 of our party were then refused food because they said their kitchen was closing although they had just taken the other two orders. Siamo andati a mangiare la domenica a pranzo in quattro. Ci siamo sistemati fuori, dive c'è un piccolo spazio con gazebo e otto tavolini uniti a due a due per permettere 4 posti a sedere spartani e caserecci. La signora proprietaria, di san Giuseppe Vesuviano (Na), è simpatica e cordiale. Le ragazze che servono ai tavoli, simpatiche e molto efficienti. Abbiamo preso un antipasto misto da dividerci. Sono arrivati piatti pieni di particolari cibi tipici della tradizione Napoletana. Molto buono tutto e saporito. Peccato che le pietanze non erano proprio appena sfornate e talvolta erano un pochino di temperatura non ideale, non "belle calde": Crocche', arancini, casatiello, pizza con scarole, mozzarella in carrozza,... buono e sfizioso. Caprese, con una bella mozzarella abbondante e non male di sapore e pomodori saporiti. Il pane buonissimo, fatto da loro. I primi: Tricolore, con orecchiette ben cucinate, al dente e condimenti abbondanti e molto saporiti, pomodorino buonissimi, salsiccia saporita, parmigiano e provola con pesto di rucola che amalgama il tutto; Vesuvio, con orecchiette al dente, pomodorini squisiti, salsiccia ottima, zucchine ben cucinate con menta (tipo scapece) e parmigiano per assaporire il tutto.
