I recently visited Pasticceria Marchesi in Milan, and it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. Nestled in the heart of the city, this historic bakery combines traditional charm with modern elegance, creating an inviting atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home.

The selection of pastries and desserts is nothing short of impressive. From the delicate sfogliatella to the perfectly crafted cannoli, each item is a testament to the bakery’s commitment to quality and craftsmanship. The flavors are authentic, rich, and unforgettable. My personal favorite was the tiramisu – a perfect balance of creamy mascarpone, rich espresso, and delicate layers of sponge cake.

The staff at Pasticceria Marchesi are exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain the ingredients and history behind each pastry, adding a personal touch to the experience. The service is prompt and attentive, ensuring that every visit is a delight.

The ambiance is equally remarkable, with beautifully decorated interiors that reflect the bakery’s long-standing heritage. Whether you choose to sit inside or enjoy your treat on the charming outdoor terrace, you’re guaranteed a pleasant and relaxing experience.

Overall, Pasticceria Marchesi is a must-visit for anyone in Milan. Whether you’re a local or a tourist, this bakery offers an authentic taste of Italian pastry excellence that you won’t want to miss. Highly...

This cafe was recommended by the hotel for breakfast and was advised it’s where the locals go in Milan. We arrived and first impression was “oh what an amazing place” it had that shabby chic interior, was bright, spacious and had a variety of pastries and food with an adjoining shop to the left selling all sorts of stuff. We were ushered to a table and then told to move after a few mins. We ordered breakfast and expected everything to arrive at the same time. The eggs arrived and was cold, they put cheese in the omelette and we were lactose intolerant and no one cared to ask. The bread and drinks arrived 10 mins later and when we tried to ask staff, no one took responsibility for anything, they kept saying not me, not me. One even asked us to wait, before she could attend to us. So we are for nearly an hour with no drink. Drinks finally arrived. Tea without milk and hot chocolate was a creamy thick syrup which was undrinkable. We asked for milk and was given a froth of foam. Everyone was rude, no attention, people weren’t friendly or even tried to make eye contact. It was extremely poor service and I was very disappointed. Nothing was good about our experience here not...

We decided to visit this Caffe with hopes for great breakfast after seeing the pictures of pancakes on Google maps. The business is a coffee shop with a bakery, the design based on the white color and looks really impressive and Conveys a sense of prestige (Based on "LATTE" from the Cafe name "BioncoLatte"). I ordered "American Ris", "Mezzo Corn. sala", "Pancake Rust". (No photos to show because the food itself didn't looked so impressive not in size and not in look) The cap of American was not big (like regular cap ~180 assume) although the waitress said it will be big cap ( I guess it is a perspective issue) The brioche ("Mazzo Corn. Sala") was half croissant filled with ha, cheese and tomato.... The taste was good but... Where the others half of the croissant ?? And last but not list, the Pancakes,😢 , 3 half-sized pancakes with maple syrup in a separate dish, and to add to all this disappointment, the pancakes felt salty (even though the waitress said they do not add sugar nor salt) The over all experience was not good and the prices felt a bit higher...

I recently visited Biancolatte for a weekday late lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the charming atmosphere of the restaurant. The staff were efficient and we only had to wait for a few minutes to be seated. For my meal, I opted for the pancake breakfast which was delicious and not too heavy. My girlfriend ordered the pancake with avocado with a homemade yogurt/mint/cucumber sauce which was a refreshing and unique twist on a classic dish. We also treated ourselves to a fruit crepe and gelato for dessert, and both the frutti di bosco and the limone e menta flavors were highly recommended. The interior design of Biancolatte is very nice and gives off a cute and cozy vibe. It's worth noting that the restaurant can get quite crowded during the weekends, so it might be better to visit on a weekday if possible. Overall, I had a great experience at Biancolatte and would definitely recommend it for a casual breakfast or lunch in Milan.
