I am a regular at this place. The team is phenomenal starting with Vivi and Sirena that are the soul of the place to Daniel and Francesca that were recent strong additions. They make a national food chain like Panino Giusto look local with their warm touch, guest recognition and by knowing well my food preferences. if u just want to chat with your girl friends a never ending chat.. if you looking for a place to hide from the scorching heat .. if you famished and want to gorge on some typical italian authentic and creative paninos ... yes this one is for you you .. the staff is very sweet and friendly i must mention Janet who attended me and my friends such a happy and cheerful person . we reached at lunch around 12:30 and left at 7 .... lunch merenda and evening tea all at the same place with uninterrupted chatting ... must mention finger licking food ..five star...

Where to start. Must have been the wrong day. Ordered a salad and a bottle of water. Took forever to bring and brought the water to the other table. Had to ask 3 times for a cup to drink the water. They wanted to take my food despite not having finished (must have preassure to free up tables) and in the end made another mistake with the bill (wanted to charge me 45e).
