Billy's Place — Restaurant in Milan

We have been to Italy on vacation and have dined in this restaurant on the first day, it was a very pleasant gastronomic experience. We have toured the Lombardia, Venneto and Piemonte regions for 5 days and still had to come back to Billy’s Place for our last dinner because on those 5 days we have had lunch and dinned on lots of restaurants of those regions and still could not find one quite as good. The food was absolutely delicious, be it the traditional antipasti, the pasta, the pizza, the diverse variety of meat, and the desserts we had the pleasure to eat in our two visits. Also, we were served by the ever-so-gentle Giulia and Livia, who put on a lot of effort in making sure the service was flawless both times, tirelessly working in a very busy restaurant and still managing to be nice when approaching the table. Incredibly kind host and good restaurant! High quality quality food and extreme kindness. The atmosphere is great, studied and curated, but not excessively sophisticated. Quality/price rate is great and you can feel the passion of the staff through the food and service they provide. The menù offers a perfect variety of dishes with some highlights such as the milanese typical saffron with ossobuco, also Pizza is top quality as well. Highly recommend. I stopped for lunch and had the diavola pizza. It was great, with fresh tomatoes in the sauce and perfect crust. I sat outside and the multiple options for seating made the restaurant very inviting. The staff were all friendly and interacted with the people walking by the restaurant. It seemed clear that the local residents had a good and friendly relationship with the staff. I ended going back for dinner and it was even better.
