If I could give this restaurant a 0/5 stars, I would. My nightmare of a visit commenced on Wednesday 26th July, and felt like it lasted for a whole year.
Firstly, to no fault of the employees own, only 3 out of the 5 self service machines were working. Meaning I had to queue for 25 minutes to order what I can only describe as the worst meal of my life.
After another painstaking 40 minutes, our food was finally ready. I had watched the kitchen work in complete and utter silence (absolutely no communication, as someone who has worked in the industry for 5 years, I had never quite seen such disarray in a kitchen) and having asked the pass master (as referred to in the industry) where our food was he politely (not very polite) said 'no'. I would like to add, a family of 5 ordered £60 worth of food, and didn't get served meaning they had to leave the establishment hungry, angry, but most of all, disappointed...
Now, my party and I were ecstatic once we had received our meal. This excitement quickly deteriorated to anguish once I bit into a frozen cold chicken nugget. You did in fact read that correctly. A frozen chicken nugget. I understand that mistakes can sometimes happen during a busy dinner service (I would know), so I quickly swept this mistake under the rug and received a box, of what I thought were fresh nuggets... Once again, frozen.
The pass master did to my surprise manage to source 6 fresh, crispy (somewhat dry) chicken nuggets.
You may think this review has come to a conclusion.
It has not.
The next debacle is with regards to Burger King's condiment policy. After spending £48 on Burger King's (frozen) delicacies, I received 2 sachets of tomato ketchup and 1 tub of BBQ sauce. When I politely requested more dips, the pass master reluctantly handed over 1 more ketchup.
I returned to my party at the booth, with a ration of sauces (Bearing in mind one of the group is an avid ketchup lover). One of my fellow travellers threatened to discard of my plane ticket home if I did not source any more sauces.
I returned to the pass and requested more sauce... 'No.' the pass master acutely responded.
I value myself as a level headed, loyal, and fair patron of Burger King however this experience has forced me down a path that only leads to the Golden Arches.
To the Burger King at Milano Malpensa, I wish you luck but, most of all, I wish the patrons of this...

I ordered from the screen but it was a bit confusing as it’s different from what I’m used to in the UK. Once I looked at my receipt, it didn’t say that the actual burger was plant based. I panicked, because we had ordered burgers with “bacon”, and the real thing could kill my sister. I got the attention of a member of staff, who might have been a manager. He checked his screen and said it was plant based, then he called over another member of staff who also double checked all the items in my order. They cooked the items to order and then the you woman at the till even offered us a free bottle of water because we had to wait a long time (it wasn’t that long, maybe about 20 minutes- still better than killing my sister with the wrong burger).

Ma con mia sorpresa, ho avuto un'esperienza folle e disgustosa con uno degli staff che mi ha servita. All'inizio ho ordinato il gran menù colazione al bancone della colazione, da dove sono stata servita da una crew sorridente (già 10 lode!). Durante il pagamento le ho detto che ho un buono per un Whopper gratuito. E lei mi ha immediatamente indicato di andare al bancone principale per il mio panino gratuito, cosa che ho fatto subito dopo aver pagato! Al bancone principale, ero davanti a una cassiera di colore alla quale ho mostrato gli scontrini. La mia prima impressione è stata che non fosse sicura di come eseguirlo. Infatti ha chiamato sua collega per farlo per me. Quindi, ancora una volta, ho detto a questo ragazzo che dovevo prendere il mio panino gratis. Non sapendo che dovrei avere 2 ricevute per averlo. Quindi gli ho spiegato che non è colpa mia dato che la cassiera del bancone della colazione ha fatto la transazione e mi ha semplicemente indirizzato da te per prenderla! Questo crew/ragazzo "zombie" ha iniziato a dirmi che la prossima volta avrei dovuto effettuare la ricevuta in una transazione unica. Allora ho risposto che non lo sapevo, dovresti dirlo alla tua collega, lei dovrebbe conoscere le vostre procedure di incasso. Non è colpa mia ovviamente. Mi ha risposto in modo molto scortese dicendomi che avrei dovuto leggerlo dietro lo scontrino! Da anni che vado in questa filiale e onestamente, non sono mai stato trattato così. Scortese e menefreghista! A proposito, spero che l'amministrazione visiti questo posto e orienti i suoi staffs sul SERVIZIO CLIENTI DI BUONA QUALITÀ e non solo assumere gente incompetenti...
