Excellent pasta. Incredible smell as it's cooked to order, and it tastes even better. The owner explained all ingredients either come from here or Naples to control the supply chain and quality. Definitely comes through in the taste - highly recommended!

Ieri sono stata all’inaugurazione di Cento Gradi, un nuovo pasta bar super carino. Pasta fresca fatta in casa e piatti tipici che conosciamo e amiamo. Dal pomodoro alla cacio e pepe, passando per amatriciana, genovese e persino pasta e patate… ce n’è per tutti i gusti 🍝 Il posto è soprattutto da asporto, ma ha quell’atmosfera accogliente che ti fa venire voglia di fermarti due minuti in più. Materie prime di qualità, prezzi giusti e tanta passione dietro ai piatti. Un concept semplice ma fatto bene, che ti risolve il pranzo o la cena senza rinunciare al sapore. Super consigliato per chi vuole mangiare bene, veloce e senza spendere una fortuna 👌 Super consigliato

Pasta fatta a mano e sughi super saporiti , io e la mia amica abbiamo provato le specialità napoletane (alla nerano e alla genovese) ma ce ne sono di diverse parti d'Italia. Davvero gustoso e digeribile ma soprattutto la simpatia dei gestori del locale che ci hanno accolto e raccontato il format del progetto. Ci sono anche i macarons per finire in dolcezza! Sono aperti da un mese a Milano e sicuramente sarà un successo. Bravissimi.

Pasta fatta a mano e sughi super saporiti , io e la mia amica abbiamo provato le specialità napoletane (alla nerano e alla genovese) ma ce ne sono di diverse parti d'Italia. Really great pasta, fresh and perfectly cooked. They were happy to swap out gnocchi for pasta for some of the combos. The cacio e pepe sauce was addictive. Overall the value for money can't be beat and they are definitely better than a number of upscale...
