Great location for walking to most of the sites to Milan. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the lovely back garden. It was quiet and would have been nice to enjoy some time there but were attacked by mosquitoes as soon as we sat down outside - in the middle of the afternoon! Several mosquitoes in the room as well - we needed to sleep with windows closed and air conditioning on. The room felt a bit overpriced but I think that is just Milan for you. Although we didn't have breakfast it seemed very nice and good value, as coffee shops in that area are expensive. A note if you are staying here to see the Last Supper, you need to pre-book tickets for that at least two months ahead, there is no option for queuing to buy tickets in person on the day.

I came to Milan for a day and chose this hotel as it was a descent price and good location. When I have arrived the staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. The receptionist helped me with my bag and showed me the room. The room was clean and very cozy. And the location is perfect as I easily managed to walk to Duomo and see the main places of Milan. I definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you🫶🏻

The rooms were nice, although not sumptuous, but very clean and looking out onto a courtyard. It was also very quiet, since the room did not open onto the street. The breakfast room and courtyard are absolutely lovely, I would be happy to have breakfast there every day! The hotel is around the corner from the last supper and an easy walk to Central train and metro stations.

We have stayed here for two nights out of three (we booked in February last), and unfortunately for us we have to cut short our stay and return home immediately for family reasons. The staff member I encountered was very abrupt and unconcerned about my plight, saying we were obliged to pay for the third night as their policy is cancellation must be two days before arrival. On checking my booking confirmation paperwork I cannot find any reference to that - it simply says “Free cancellation - pay later”. Very sad to leave Milan early and this €€€ penalty on top of the extra flight costs that were are incurring cuts deeply!! Be AWARE and double check the fine detail when you book.|On a positive note, the hotel itself is very intimate in an excellent location away from the busy Centre (which is accessible via various transport links). Rooms are tiny but adequate. For example, the Junior Suite we stayed in at €405 per night was, IMHO, a double room with a lounge chair in the corner, not enough room for two other than to sleep. No mini bar and no food to be consumed in the room. Maybe...

The hotel is situated not far from three metro stops (Cadorna, Conciliazione and Sant' Ambrogio), One train station (Cadorna ) and practically in front of the stop of tram 16.|It's possible to reach Duomo or Navigli by foot. The Church Santa Maria delle Grazie and Leonardo 's fresco The Last Supper are a few meters away.|In the surroundings there are the interesting science and technology museum, the archeological museum, Sant' Ambrogio church and the beautiful building of the Catholic University.|The castle can be reached by foot, as well (15 minutes).|The area is quiet.|The room was tiny, but had everything I needed and there was a good storage space at the entrance. The bathroom was quite big, on the contrary.|I also liked breakfast. There are a larger choice of sweet things in comparison to other ones, because it's typical of Italy.|Maybe I would have preferred a self service coffee machine, as I am now accustomed to it, but the staff in the breakfast room is very friendly and you're served coffee/tea at the table.|I will take this hotel in consideration for the...

Pretty setting, with so-so amenities and location.

The hotel is inside of a gated courtyard. It has a charming exterior, and the room was attractive. Relative to other options in the city the price was affordable.

However, the beds were hard and the pillows long past the point of needing to be replaced because of a lack of softness. The shelf in our shower was tipping forward, you could not put a bar of soap or shampoo on it because they slipped off -- and the disheartening thing was the the proprietors must have known this because they had a permanent sign about the shelf not being secure, as compared to simply preparing it. The outlet in the bathroom and one of the outlets in our room did not work. The breakfast was mediocre, compared to included breakfasts we experienced at other hotels in Italy. Air conditioning was poor, we ended up sleeping with the window open and tolerating the road noises.

It's directly next door to the The David. However, from here to Milan's city center (and just about everything else we wanted to visit) was a 12...
