Frankly — Restaurant in Milan

I should have trusted the reviews of others. I am a bubble tea lover and was looking for a bubble tea during my travel in Milan. I've ordered a normal milktea with black pearl in it, and the cashier just got the order default to the Regular size, a bigger size. Never even ask what size drink I wanted.. the price was 5.4 euro, and I find every cent spent on the bubble tea was wasted. I have never tasted worst bubble tea anywhere before.. the milk tea is tasteless and the bubble is hard. I'd never want to drink this lousy bubble tea again... My friend and I ordered two bubble Teas yesterday late at night (after 9 pm). We bought 1 matcha choco and 1 honey lemon tea. When we had to pay, I used my card to pay for both order but the cashier told me it didn't work (even though it didn't look like my card was declined since the transaction paper came out of the machine). My friend then used her card to pay for both of us (the cashier entered the amount again on the machine) and "it worked".
