It was the most crowded place I’ve ever experienced in my 3-month experience in Italy. Since there is no place where I plan and go, I guess I’m not as angry as in other negative comments. First of all, when I went, there was a direct place, I could sit down. The distance between tables is very small. It came with drops of water on wine glasses, which was really bad. We preferred zeppole to start with, it was more than I expected and it was delicious. Then the first pizza came, and at that moment, when I saw the pizza, I started to get nervous about how to fit the second pizza on the table. The pizzas don’t fit on the plate and it carries it, it’s clear. Pizzas didn’t even fit on the table. I was stressed that pizza would fall in front of me and I quickly started eating. It is not possible to eat calmly here, because there was really both too crowded and a lot of noise crowds. I ate it somehow, but of course we couldn’t finish it and packed the rest. We were given a cardboard box and put it in the box ourselves. This didn’t bother me, but not even having enough space to open the box in that narrow area really narrowed me down. I really didn’t understand how to get to the exit when I got up, it felt like I was in a maze. Yes, I didn’t like the wet glass, this chaos and the fact that so many people fit into the narrow space. But we really enjoyed the beginning and pizzas. Do I think to go there again?...

Premetto che ci ero già stato ( in settimana) ed ho mangiato una pizza veramente buona, tanto da decidere di ritornarci e propongo una pizza per sabato sera ad alcuni miei amici. Mi sono pentito amaramente di questa scelta perché praticamente abbiamo dovuto passare la serata in coda nonostante la prenotazione fatta con ben 2 giorni d'anticipo per le 20:30. Arrivati sul posto IN PERFETTO ORARIO ci ritroviamo fuori dal locale una fila immensa di persone, che come noi avevano prenotato. Chiedo della mia prenotazione e ci dicono di aspettare 10 min. I 10 min più lunghi della mia vita, AL FREDDO tra l'altro. Ci hanno fatto accomodare alle 22:50, e dopo l'ordinazione la pizza è arrivata intorno alle 23:30, quindi un ulteriore attesa di 40 min. Voi direte perché siete rimasti lì tutto quel tempo? Semplicemente perché è sabato sera e in qualsiasi locale provavamo a chiamare la risposta era la stessa "ci dispiace siamo al completo". Morale della favola era talmente tardi che ormai ci si era chiuso lo stomaco talmente tanto,da non riuscire a mangiare nemmeno metà pizza a testa. Naturalmente essendo contro lo spreco, la restante pizza c'è la siamo portati a casa. Consiglio per i nuovi clienti: non andateci di sabato soprattutto nelle ore centrali o andate alle 19:00 o dopo le 23:00 altrimenti passerete la serata a litigare con il personale,(che poverini alla fine non hanno nessuna colpa), ma la colpa è di chi gestisce malamente questo posto. Con il locale pieno di gente e con una coda interminabile fuori dal locale, hanno ben pensato di dare precedenza ad asporto e vari delivero, mentre la gente che per "fortuna" era riuscita a sedersi ha solo evitaro il freddo anche perché non si sono visti arrivare una pizza sul tavolo prima di un altra ora d'attesa e proprio per questo problema dell'asporto. Quindi nonostante le continue lamentele da parte di tutti spiegando che se non avessero bloccato l'asporto e quindi pensare a servire la gente seduta ai tavoli i tavoli per la gente in coda non si sarebbero mai liberati. Ma niente hanno continuato a fare asporto come se nulla fosse. Purtroppo per massimizzare i profitti non hanno voluto rinuciare a nessun tipo di ordine. Chiudo dando un consiglio ai gestori: Dire ai cliente che Il sabato non si effettuano prenotazioni, e quando si crea una situazione come ieri bisogna rinuciare a qualcosa, naturalmente a voi la scelta. Ci sono le qualità indubbiamente sul prodotto, ma bisogna migliorare tantissimo...

Absolutely loved it here, we came here twice and both times they were exceptional. We had a little language barrier but they spoke both Spanish and English here. The food was fresh and hot, they had forgotten our desert on our to go order and offered to remake the pizza since it would get cold even during a rush. Prices are good for the size of food. Do not regret coming here at all and very surprised its not more packed. They have a lot of vegetarian options and I will say parking is difficult in the area but the food is absolutely delicious and would recommend it. Added english menu for people who may understand english better...
