Kappou NINOMIYA — Restaurant in Milan

Bellissima esperienza con qualche delusione. Ristorante semplice, con un'impronta tipica giapponese verace. È stato difficilissimo contattare il locale perché nessuno risponde al telefono al di fuori di orari prestabiliti indicati sul sito. La cameriera, unica a servizio in sala, anche se al nostro arrivo c'era un solo tavolo, correva senza motivo da una parte all'altra. Devo dire mi ha fatto venire l'ansia. Abbiamo ordinato il Ryukyu, misto di pesce crudo marinato... Mentre mangiavo in santa pace, ho masticato una lisca bella grossa. Visto che non mi piace fare polemica, di solito sorvolo queste situazioni perché gli errori capitano a tutti,a comunque ho cominciato a far attenzioni ad ogni pezzo che mettevo in bocca. Alla terza lisca ho visto sparire una stella 🌟 dalla mia recensione. A volte ci sono dei piatti fuori menù, noi abbiamo ordinato la Rana Pescatrice fritta. Il pesce del Jubako era pulito a dovere, perfetto e me lo sono gustato. Quando la cameriera è venuta a ritirare i piatti correndo e ha chiesto se andava tutto bene, le ho detto sì raccomando attenzione e mostrando le lische dure lasciate nel piatto che avevo schivato. La risposta era: "aahhh"! Il Macha tiramisù è particolare ma non particolarmente buono. Alla fine della storia posso solo dire che anche se i prezzi sono un po' alti per le porzioni e per la qualità del servizio lascia a desiderare, il pesce era fresco e i piatti erano...

Unbelievable, we were there and booked for 2. Nobody at the chef counters. We asked for. The lady said you need to be known ???After 3 hours and after a 250€ bills the lady said you cannot have perfumes to seat at the counter? I asked what I did smell about? She said we don’t know you. I replied this is not a respectful Japanese hosting respectful behavior. She said I don’t care. I said we were celebrating our honeymoon so we won’t come back ever and ever...

I was here for lunch and ordered a teishoku sushi. The variety and quality of the ingredients is excellent, everything is served with some oshinko and miso soup.
