Worst Burger (summer burger) I've ever tried. It's the one with cheese and dried tomatoes :) the rest is good: sandwiches, beers...

Good place to watch football matches too.

Answer to the restaurant: I'm not claiming to be right, I'm just expressing my personal opinion + the friend who came with me :) In this case is the worst according to my taste, because of the following things: 1) Meat was dry and did not seem to be fresh at all 2) waitress never asked how cook I wanted the meat 3) Ingredients of the burger were not explained in the menu 4) I also didn't like the sauce, too much cheese and the combination with dry tomatoes.

Would be also great if the waitress in the restaurant ask the customers how was the burger after eating it ;)

Also, thank you for taking the time in answering my review, I guess this helps both the community and restaurants...

Nice bar, nice beer. Waitress dropped 9 beers over us, friend had to go home to change clothes. No sorry no compensation

In addition to the reaction of owner; waitress clumsily put down the tray, friend on other side of the table only stood up to save the beers that were already falling, but they used this argument to not have to say sorry/compensate. Even threatened to call the cops when we said we didnt want to pay the full amount because of costs of the uber for wet friend. Waitress was laughing about it.

La birra è abbastanza buona, anche se nulla di esaltante.

Visto che me lo chiedete -con il tipico piglio sarcastico che vi rende amati o odiati- ecco cosa mi ha esaltato in questi anni: in ordine sparso, la Spezial a Bamberg, la Ayinger a Aying, il birrificio di Manerba, il birrificio di Lambrate, il compianto silverado saloon di Villanuova sul Clisi, Gambrinus a Bruges, Delirium a Bruxelles, Fermento a Brescia, Tango & Chet a Calvisano, Bier Stube a Brescia .. non sto a elencare le diverse birrerie a Praga, Monaco, Norimberga, Dublino, Pamplona, Barcellona, Lisbona, Cordoba.. anche perché non ricordo tutti i nomi e perché ho già scritto abbastanza.

Posti con birre favolose servite come si deve e nella giusta atmosfera. e il giusto prezzo, anzi pure troppo poco talvolta. Qualità che non ho trovato , in tutto o in parte, alla belle Alliance.

La gestione della bella Alliance, come detto, o ti piace o la odi. A me non piace.

Non chiedo di essere "coccolato" , sono uno che bada molto al sodo , ma non voglio nemmeno essere preso in giro negli atteggiamenti o nei comportamenti.

Ecco il motivo della stella, visto che me l'avete chiesto.

Ma voi lavorate così da decenni e (giustamente) non non farete tesoro di una recensione negativa e andrete avanti (altrettanto giustamente) per la vostra strada dato che funziona e dá frutti.

Io frequenterò altri locali e saremo...
