Visited the place 3 times already. (This 1 star is for the fine taste of the Ramen; the cook should be fine.) But how we have been treated the last time by the young guy was ridiculous. We ordered a simple menu: "Vegetarian Ramen" with 1 of the 3 accessory DimSum (all 3 vegetarian). Served were Chicken Dumblings instead of Vegetarian Dumblings. We said: Sorry, thats not what we have ordered. The guy made fun of us, grabbed the menu and stated it were Chicken Dumblings. "No sir, the Vegetarian Ramen consists of Vegetarian DimSum and not Chicken" Pretty logic right? After like a minute arguing with him (absurd!) he knew we were right and made a "spitting" sound on the ground, walked away and left us stunning. Being two residents from Holland (Amsterdam), we are used to these kind of non-service abroad. But this was ridiculous. The owner came, spoke not so well English but handled the situation with "Sorry" and the young guy (his son?) came and apologized with a big fake smile on his face. Dear Ramen House staff, you should be ashamed of yourself. The young guy from your staff is very unprofessional. During the previous three visits from us he was also very nonchalant in serving (flinging) the dishes on our table. How I would have taken care of this? Don't start a discussion with your guests; offer a glass of water or coffee for the troubles and apologize on a real manner. Not on this way. Im sorry never ever will we visit Ramen House, nor do our local friends from Milano...

Personal review: It was a real satisfaction. This place is the best Chinese restaurant so far the city has ever had. They don't offer Japanese style ramen, but they do it in Chinese way and to be honest, I like it a lot. Their fresh noodle is amazingly tasty, the staff is very friendly. They may not have a Michelin star, but they already got the medal of honor of my taste :)
Recommended: Ramen con maiale arrosto Ramen with roasted pork meat, egg and a lot of tasty vegetables. There is ginger inside, the white ones. I recommend that you eat them up first or pick them out, because they don't suit to the dish. Or you can simply ask that to the waiter when...
Read moreThis was the worst chinese food I had in my life. It didn't even look like chinese food, it was more like a bad mistake. I had rice with meat and chicken : it tasted really bad, feeling unhealthy, oily and difficult to digest. It was also ugly to look at, the meal served on a wooden plate usually used in the chinese tradition to serve dumplings. Waiters were slow as hell and couldn't understand a thing. Long story short : don't eat here, you'd have a better time eating food in...
