PanPerMe - senza glutine a Milano — Restaurant in Milan

The meal was fine, nothing crazy good about it , you can definitely find some better spot near this one. We did not get the hype. But my 1 star goes to the worst staff i have ever encountered in my whole life, and i travel a lot guys. First we got placed outside, as the waiter inside told us, then a waitress came to us, without even greeting us and goes "ITS RESERVED" girl... chill ? So we did explained that yes it is reserved for us and that we got placed here and she goes "WHATS YOUR NAME" and proceed by telling us to go inside. The nightmare continued inside when WE had to go and ask for the menu after almost 15 minutes... There was a french guy next to us, he finished his meal and was on the phone, they kicked him out... Anyway the waiters (specially the blonde girl she is one of the most unsympathetic person i have ever got to deal with) definitely made the experience terrible for us. Milano is huge with many good places to eat, believe me, unless you are italian , avoid this...

Delicious, filling, and friendly! This was the Italian food experience I was craving but had trouble finding in Italy until going here. I started with a pasta dish that was incredibly fresh, perfectly seasoned, and beautiful. (My boyfriend couldn't even tell that it was gluten free!) Plus, they gave me ample warm Italian bread to soak up the sauce. For my second course I had a turkey panini; the sauce on it was subtle and added a great taste to it. Francamente nonostante la location incantevole e la cura per l'estetica dei loro dolci tutti esposti in una vetrina, non mi sento in nessun modo di consigliare questo locale per il brunch. Questo esercizio non serve un brunch come un locale dovrebbe fare (relax, colazione in tarda mattinata con ampio buffet di dolce, bevande calde, acqua e succhi di frutta e poi a seguire un menù o ancora buffet di primi o secondi con contorni) 20 euro (venti) per ricevere un piatto RIDICOLO probabilmente già precotto (1 piccolo bocconcino di pane, 1 quarto di fetta di salmone con una fettina di mela, 1 piccolo toast impilato su 3 piccoli triangolini con insalata e una "sporcata"di formaggio spalmabile....STOP) sapori e freschezza di un bar tavola fredda all'ora di punta, 1 bicchiere "servito" di succo di arancia (da succo concentrato..con ostentazione di arance fresche sul bancone) e a mala pena qualche bottiglietta d'acqua, si conclude con caffè e un pezzo misero di caprese al cioccolato. La torta seppur buona molto secca, nulla a che vedere con i dolci esposti in vetrina ovviamente non compresi nei 20 euro. Sono STUPEFATTA dalle recensioni positive che riguardano il brunch. Nulla a che vedere con l'ostentazione dei dolci esposti. Siate obbiettivi per favore voi che recensite: mantenete una certa imparzialità. PANPERME non può e non è in grado di concepire un servizio brunch. Mantenga il target pasticceria, panetteria con tavoli annessi. Un commento sulla finta garbatezza del personale: chiediamo, se possibile, di non spalmare il Philadelphia nel club sandwich (cosa semplice ..Mi pare)ci viene risposto più volte che il pane risulterebbe troppo secco. Insistiamo con gentilezza e con un atteggiamento piuttosto stoccante e un sorriso sarcastico l'addetto va via con l'ordinazione. Alle ore 14 sempre lo stesso addetto ci dà il benservito.
