Döner Club Kebab — Local services in Milan

I recently ordered from Doner Club via Deliveroo and tried the Menu Kofte Kebab, paired with patatine, eggplant balls, and baklava. Here’s my experience:

Delivery: The delivery was punctual, which is always a plus. However, the food arrived almost cold, which slightly affected the overall experience.

Kofte Panino: The sandwich had succulent and flavorful kofte, but the excess sauce somewhat overpowered the taste of the meat. A little less sauce would have made it perfect!

Patatine: Absolutely fantastic—crispy, well-seasoned, and some of the best I’ve ever had. Definitely a highlight of the meal.

Eggplant Balls: A nice addition, week fried, not oily and very tasty.

Baklava: Delicious! Sweet, flaky, and a satisfying end to the meal.

First of all it took you 25 minutes to prepare two piadine kebab. This is unacceptable, you are not a trattoria. I ordered one vitello and one pollo. It was both pollo. It would have been OK if the kebab was good but it was one of the worst I had. I lower my expectations every time I eat kebap outside Turkey but this was really bad even for Italy. Not only it was bad but also the portion was really small. You did not have any side ingredients apart from green salad. You did not mention this while ordering. What I ordered and what came was very different. The french fries were oily and tasteless. You charged 26 euros for two menus and you did not even deserve 10 euros. I did not mention the torture to my ears inside because some people may call it music. So I am not a hater, but you do not even...

The first kebab place in Milan (May be also Italy) to serve with the option of only Chicken. For non red meat eaters but still love kebab basically you cannot have Doner Kebab in Italy. The best case eat chicken skewers in piadina. I just wanted to try this place for this option and I should say I am 100% happy. For the meat lovers they also have the one with Vitello separately. The price is quite reasonable. I also spoke to the Turkish chef and he said they are going to expand with many in Milan and in Italy with the next one in P.ta. Venezia.
