The meal began with the Paccheri with Scampi, which arrived with an impressive presentation and a budget-friendly price for four scampi. However, the dish fell short of expectations. The scampi lacked the fresh, bouncy texture one hopes for, hinting at possibly frozen seafood. The paccheri was slightly undercooked, and the sauce was disappointingly bland, with only a faint whisper of seafood flavor. Overall, it was an average dish that left some on the plate.

Next, the 🌟Grilled Octopus with Potato & Saffron Cream stole the show. Visually stunning, with balsamic artistry elevating its appeal, this was the most striking octopus dish I’ve encountered. The octopus itself was perfectly tender, infused with a delightful charcoal flavor that earned full marks. The potato and saffron cream, while delicious, was surprisingly cold, perhaps intentional to balance the piping-hot octopus, but it slightly disrupted the harmony.

The meal concluded on a high note with the Tiramisu, a beautifully presented dessert with a bold espresso kick. While slightly dense for my taste, it was well within reason and provided a satisfying end to the meal.

Nestled in a cozy, plant-filled space with vibrant music, this restaurant offers a warm, homey ambiance, though the room felt a tad too warm for comfort. The service was heartfelt and attentive, despite some language barriers with English, making the experience feel welcoming...

I love this place. High quality food and ingredients and very nice staff. If you come here definitely ask to be seated upstairs because the ambiance is much nicer, full of plants and paintings which are also on sale.

During the day (at lunchtime) this place is a true bargain, I find it hard to believe that you’ll be able to find something with this high bang for the buck.

At night everything costs a lot more (almost double), but I would still maintain my opinion that it’s worth it. I mean, don’t get me wrong. This is no fancy restaurant but the quality of the food rivals much more expensive and “famous” places.

Here see their picanha with baked potatoes (which is more than enough to satiate one person). Mine was cooked rare but my friend’s seemed to be less bloody. Truly a good dish. Caramel panna cotta for dessert was prime too. Also: I don’t know what’s up with the bread here, but it’s friggin good.

In my opinion the only thing lacking here is the presentation of the food. Neither my dish or my friend’s looked very pretty, but I guess we came here for how it tastes and not for the gram. Btw: the restaurant itself is very grammable.

Would recommend this place to anyone in the area and even worth a taxi ride if you ask me. Total price for one main dish (meat) with water, shared dessert and coffee...

Mo Sto Bristot is an absolute gem! I recently had the pleasure of dining here, and it was an unforgettable experience. I started with the beef tartare, which was a perfect blend of flavors with truffle oil and salt. The orecchiette with beef sauce was a savory delight, and the tiramisu was the perfect sweet ending to my meal. To top it off, a bottle of San Pellegrino water added a refreshing touch. The entire dining experience was amazing, and I can't recommend Mo Sto Bristot enough. Five stars!
