We came to have a brunch. The food is nice and the choice is quite wide. The HUGE problem is the wait. It is not possible to wait 30 minutes to get drinks (not even the water is served right away) and then 30 minutes more to have the food. We ended up finishing our coffees and juices before the food came. The food itself does not justify waiting this long. Nothing is cooked (apart from the egg) and therefore should be prepared in advance. Portions are unacceptable for desserts: the yogurt we got was probably 3 teaspoonfuls and almost everything else has an unjustified overprice. Last but not least the overprice on some of the items are ridiculous: +2.50 for a tea, +1.5 for veg coffee, +6 for 3 pancakes... The staff is little caring and clearly not properly trained for the amount of people they have to...

Without any doubt, the food is great! However, there are small things that just don’t add up to make it a great experience. On weekends, brunch is served until 14 30, which is a bit late. Hot drink options in the brunch formula include filtered coffee or cappuccino - why not an espresso, who wants to drink watered down coffee or 2 dl of milk with a brunch? Also, for some reason if you instead choose tea as part of the formula, it is additional 2.5€… Besides strange drink choices, food is presented nicely and tasty. Deserts as well, however the choices of “sweet bites” included in the brunch formula seem a bit like choosing among leftovers from breakfast. Finally, something could be done about soundproofing the interior, the amounts of the noise and echo...

Worst place I’ve ever been to in Milan! I regret I didn’t leave in the first 10 minutes I was there… They made us wait 10 min to SAY if there was a table available. Then, after we finally got one, we wait 10 more minutes to get a menu and 1 HOUR to get our food (that, by the way, wasn’t great). The cherry on top was that I asked to make my toast vegetarian and substitute the bacon with something else and the waitress said “sure, no problem at all”, but in the end they charged me €2 euros more, saying that is was an “additional” and not a “replacement”.
