Il locale è carino,non molto grande ma ben arredato. Originale la scelta degli hamburger,ma non ho trovato sul menu i classici: un cheeseburger, ad esempio, semplice non può mancare. Ho preso un montanaro: hamburger, funghi, fontina e guanciale. La carne non è nulla di eccezionale, non salata. In genere, se si vuole lasciare al cliente la possibilità di salare la carne il panino va servito aperto, non chiuso. Non male i funghi e il guanciale consiste in due misere fettine. Il pane è arrivato molto secco, cosa che rende un hamburger molto difficile da mangiare. Il panino viene servito con patate di accompagnamento...5 cubetti di patate arrosto da non più di 2cm x 2cm. Panino e patate variano tra i 9€ e i 15€. Buona scelta di birre, sia alla spina che alla pompa. E buone le birre. Passiamo al dolce... Ordino una cheesecake. Arriva una base di biscotto fatta bene, con uno strato di 2cm di Philadelphia puro senza tuorli d'uovo e non cotto al forno. Cosa che la rende particolarmente pesante e dal sapore sgradevole: come mangiare un cracker con Philadelphia e marmellata! Nulla da dire sul servizio,cortese, veloce e preciso. È un locale che si da troppe arie, dovrebbero ridurre un pò le pretese di novelle cuisine e concentrarsi sui dettagli...
