Old Wild West - Milano Bicocca Village — Restaurant in Milan

Experience was not that bad. But we’ve just ordered and passed 10 mins my order came. Obviously it’s good because it’s fast but unfortunately my burger is cold and it made me think that it was the left over of someone in short maybe someone ordered it they didn’t took it or the chef had wrong cooking that who know ? When it comes for the food of my friends the patties were burn the bun is not hot. I don’t know if it’s a good idea serving food in customers in that way but then we ate cause we’re very hungry. When it come to staff it’s not that kind and rude. When it talks about the place big enough but the table they gave us they don’t even sanificate it. When the other client done eating and they stand to pay they told us that that was our table they just remove the plate a paper mat and put the new one without wiping it. But...

We had a lovely outing here as a family. We were seated in one if the teepee tables, which the kids loved. The kids also enjoyed being given the little set of felt tip pens to color with.

Good was classic grill-house fare, but I really appreciated their vegetarian options: two different "fake meat" burgers, plus vegan wrap and veggie enchiladas.

And the price was more than reasonable.

The only drawback was that there seemed to be fewer waiting staff than you'd actually need, plus, logistically, they sit everyone in the external area so the restaurant looks busier than it really is, but which has the unintended consequence of making the wait staff have to walk further to get to you... I guess it's a tradeoff between efficiency and marketing and efficiency lost.

Still, very fun, food solid and we had...

In this place it seems to come back at the Old West. The burger was really great (I had a Veggie Burger) and staff was nice. Let's speak about the problems I have noticed:

Too much queue ‎Floor was dirty, also because peanuts were available and we weren't able to spot a trash bin for shells... As there are a lot of uncivil people who eat peanuts everywhere leaving waste everywhere, I think it is better to provide trash bins and ask people not to eat nuts in every parts of the restaurant ‎Menu is expensive: at least include water (which you have to pay a part, €1.50 for 500 ml) and EVEN €1.50 for service charge

The kindness of staff and the taste of the veggie burger made me forget the cons of this place. In general, an average experience...
