Pizzeria Albani 52 — Restaurant in Milan

The food: I tried the margarita pizza and vegetarian calzone. The pizza was delicious. The calzone: the bread is incredible, but I didn't like that it was stuffed with ricotta cheese and vegetables. I think the calzone will be soo delicious and a favorite dish without the ricotta and the vegetables. Surely, will visit again...

The service: the employee I met immediately when I entered the restaurant was friendly. However, the waiter put the spoon with force on the table (I am not sure if it was intentional), and I think he can use a bit of a smile...

Awesome local restaurant near San Siro that was packed with fans eating pizza & drinking beer after an Inter match.

Pros: This might have been the best pizza I had in Italy but it also may have been because I was very hungry after the inter Milan match. Had a pizza Romana that just hit the spot with how the anchovies were melting into the cheese, thin crispy crust… just an awesome pizza. They were also moving quickly to get a huge mass of people served post match and did it efficiently/without prejudice.

It is always the small unexpected places that surprises me the most! I've been walking past this little gem this whole week... it seemed unusually busy every day! Today, my last day in beautiful Milano, I decided to "stop and smell the roses" so to speak... What a lovely surprise! This must have been the BEST meal I had in Italy the entire time I stayed here! The only thing better than the food was the vibey Drew! Singing out load to whatever song is playing! If ever in the vicinity, be sure to pay them a visit! Incredible food and service! Whis I found then sooner! I would have had all my meals...
