Primevo Ristorante — Restaurant in Milan

I want to be honest: I cannot say I'm 100% sure this restaurant was the one caused the problem. This is to share my concern in order to bring your service to a higher accircy level, I don't mean to accuse this restaurant or blame it. I properly analized that Monday, I did not eat anything before that evening. I landed in Milan at 2-3pm.

I ordered pasta with steak tartare here.

Next morning I had high temperature and terrible green diarrhea. It was salmonellosis. And I had to participate in the conference being that sick... After 3 days I got back to normal. But I will never order steak tartare again in my life thanks to that day. Despite many other visitors probably ordered the same steak tartare here, I might be the unlucky one to get caught by the bacteria. It can happen to everyone having raw food even sometimes. And definitely, the restaurant can reply something like "its not our fault, we are 120% clean and sanity level is the highest". Its OK. If I were the restaurant manager, I would have double checked the process to make sure it's still on high...

Talk about a “hidden gem” ! This was not planned at all, and we ended up here purely by chance … but the food quality and service were absolutely SUPERB !! From the delicious Bresaola Artigianale to the Jamin Cebo de Campo … to the 1.7 kg dry aged Costata Mazuri … it was absolutely delicious … topped off with the superb service by Christiano !! As for the Argentiara Bolgheri Superiore (Ruscany) to the very surprisingly pleasant “meloncelo” … it was an all-around BRILLIANT vending, which will surely be repeated. Grazie...

Fancy restaurant! The ingredients are of the highest quality. One of the best risotto ai porcini that I've ever had, compliments to the chef! The filetto al pepe verde was fine, not mind-blowing, just fine. The service is acceptable but it doesn't rise to the level of the food. The decor is very Italian classic and my only real complaint is that there's only 1 bathroom stall, but there's probably little they can do given that it's an old building.
