Rosso Fuoco — Restaurant in Milan

We were there at around 7 pm and it was completely empty unlike those pictures they have here, then we ordered food which was completely different from the food you can see on the pictures on google maps. The waiter forgot to give my parents the potatoes to their steak and normally that is no big drama but I had to tell him and then he gave us a plate of French fries even though it said potatoes sauté on the menu and didn’t even apologize and after I told him again that is not what we ordered he was going to give us the food we ordered but we lost all appetite. My mums risotto Milano didn’t taste right and after everything we had to pay 70€ even though he butchered the whole order. Our experience at this restaurant in Milan was incredibly disappointing. Upon entering around 2pm on a Saturday, within regular operating hours and with many customers still enjoying their meals, my friend and I were seated at an isolated, unclean table despite other available and more inviting options. When we requested a different table, the waitress not only begrudgingly complied but also proceeded to loudly mock and belittle us. We decided to come here for the first time for dinner because while I was browsing for places where to eat I saw many good reviews and we were't disappointed! The food was really good, we got the desserts too! Everything was fresh and well made :) We had the chance to chat with the owner of this place after we paid and she was so cute and super nice!
