Ming Hao Hotel — Hotel in Milan

This hotel is a good place to be in case you are in Milan for a day or 2. Its newly done up and when I visited there they were still having some teething problems but the staff was cooperative enough to make sure we were comfortable. Overall I do recommend this hotel because of being new and the cleanness it offers. Here are the goods and bads of Ming Hao||||Bads||||It could be difficult to find this place. Its on the terrace floor of this address. So when you get there and even when you ask people of the same. Some of them could be confused when you would ask them about the place||||English is an issue here. we stayed there during the Grand prix- the price was reasonable, very good location, rooms are clean- that's all!||Rooms are very noisy also the guests can be really loud. At about 4 AM a group of Chinese guests living next door started screaming, crying and fighting. The staff didn't want to react to the noise like they knew the guest and their behaviour was very normal. When the fight and noise move to the hallway next to our doors we asked to change the rooms or to call the Police but the answer was NO. The particular staff member was very confused and unprofessional- didn't know how to handle challenging situation, charged us twice for the stay and was smoking while sitting behind the reception desk. ||Female staff member - with short hair was really lovely, only she apologised for the inconveniences during our stay, was really helpful - refunded our money we were charged twice and was always smiling and polite||||It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had||If you are looking for a quiet place...

io sono cittadino svizzero e non parlo italiano,ma qui mi aiuta un'amica perché è importante dare mia opinione.||Ho prenotato hotel su Booking.Hotel difficile da trovare perché non è su strada e non segnalato bene.Salgo gradini con valigia,arrivo reception e concierge non parla inglese.Incredibile in2015 hotel3stelle,città importante come Milano concierge parla solo italiano.Mai successo in nessuna parte del mondo!Non solo non parla inglese,ma è anche molto maleducato.||Stanza semplice,ma pulita,cuscino duro,ma ok. ||Altra brutta sorpresa su sito foto di tavoli pieni di cibo per colazione invece ti danno un adresse con timbro e sono dovuto scendere al bar dove mangiato solo cappuccio e croissant:troppo poco!||Prima di cena rientro e trovo diverso concierge gentile e che parla inglese finalmente!Ma è follia che concierge del mattino cafone e parla solo italiano e che colazione diversa da come si vede su sito.Non tornerò e non consiglio.||A direzione dico di migliorare dato che arriva Expo con...
