Good location in the heart of Chinatown, surrounded by restaurants, cafĂŠs & bars & a 30 minute walk to the Duomo, or if you want a more leisurely walk to the Cathedral & main shopping areas, detour through Sempione Park were there's an aquarium, athletics track, dog park & a cafĂŠ serving hold & cold drinks & food. This hotel is part of a chain so I do not know if this hotel is reflective of the rest but there are a few points worth noting. The bar in the hotel shuts at midnight including for residents, no exceptions, even if you're a few minutes late you will not be served, & I seen this happening to at least 5 people on Saturday 5 May. You might hear a bell for last orders, this was rang on the Saturday but not the Thursday or Friday. Although staff are generally not visible, they will be in the office behind the front desk or in the office/store behind the bar. So if you need them for anything you'll find yourself calling out for them unless they've noticed you on CCTV. I found this all a bit odd & I was not alone in this. The gym/fitness suite looks like it's a converted bedroom, but is perfectly adequate. I didn't try the food in the hotel simply because I wasn't convinced that the service would be adequate given the service elsewhere. On a positive note, Ran the front desk manager was very helpful & the rooms are spacious & comfortable, the terrace is also spacious although we were refused access to it on the Thursday evening because it was wet! They play jazz in the bar in the evening & I'll try & include a video of this in addition to the photos as how it's done is another first for me. All in all if you're just looking for somewhere with a good location with good sized bedrooms which are clean, this hotel does the job. If you're looking for anything more you will be...

The staff were friendly and welcoming to us upon arrival. The room itself was okay, very old fashioned and not up to date at all. No wonder there were no pictures on EasyJet app as if there were, we wouldn’t have chosen this hotel. The bed was comfy enough for the few nights we were there.|However, when we got to our room we tried the aircon and realised that it’s not powerful at all and we couldn’t feel it from our bed. So needless to say, our room was too hot. It wasn’t until we overheard at reception a lady complaining about the aircon to which they told her it wasn’t working and there’s nothing they can do about it. The hotel should’ve informed us when we arrived rather than making us think this is what we get. |The windows in the room were duct taped so we couldn’t or even dared to open the windows. It’s not very professional to have duct tape on windows. We couldn’t get any air in even with how hot it was in there without any aircon. |The bathroom had a leaking shower which meant the marble floors would get soaked and would be very unsafe it left with the shower space also being very small and within a bath which would be difficult for anyone with poor mobility or of a larger stature. |Another thing was that the cleaner only gave us one towel on 2 occasions so we had to go down to reception twice to get another towel. Surely if they see two towels in there already it means they should replace with two again?|The area this hotel is in is known as China Town not very nice at all and doesn’t feel that safe. If you know you’re going to be arriving late to the hotel at night or a single female traveller you’d have to be very careful. It’s also quite a loud...

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights.

The rooms are old and feel dirty, especially the couch but the bedding too. And the shower… I’m just saying MUST buy slippers🙂. Water pressure is a joke the shower’s got barely any water running, elevators came straight out from a horror movie they would stop and make noises elevators shouldn’t.

Service was also bad, I checked in with Daniel at the reception, all I can say is that he had an attitude through the procedure, he then also asked me to pay upfront for whatever shady reason 😒 I already gave my card information when I booked by calling. So we confirmed my card details and he “let” us pay at checkout.

He treated my friends even worse if the availability of rooms on YOUR site is not the ACTUAL availability it’s YOUR problem. After booking through the site Daniel said “if you book through the site when we tell you there’s no availability we will charge you regardless🙂” like what the actual F, in what world do you charge a service you can’t offer 🤨, he then let a lady that got there after my friends do her check-in first. Maybe she booked through booking and the reviews can’t be faked there 😂.

All in all, this hotel is trash reviews are faked, the only positive is their location in Chinatown. ⚠️Avoid⚠️ the condition of the room isn’t a one off my friend’s room condition...

We arrived in Milan, our first time visit to Italy and were staying at the Leonardo hotel, situated in China Town. The reception area was very opulent,  which gave us high expectations. Unfortunately,  when we reached our room, we were a little disappointed.  The room was slightly 'tired'. There was a couch in the room, that had dirty marks all over it and there were some dirty marks on some of the walls. In the bathroom was a bath with an 'in-bath' shower, toilet and bidet The hotel supplied shower gels, body creams and shampoos which were very nice and replaced daily. Unfortunately,  the toilet seat had a crack/chip on it, which was upsetting. There were three of us staying in the room,  but there were only 2 cups set for tea - we advised the reception of this, but it was not corrected until we left a note for the room cleaning service. Breakfast was very good, with a lot of choice. Our only complaint would be that the scrambled eggs were not cooked properly,  they were 'snotty'

I booked this hotel for 5 nights, and it was one of the saddest moments. We were greeted by the employee Diego, and I do not recommend dealing with him as a person who lacks the method of dealing with guests. Also, when asked about parking, he said that it is not affiliated with the hotel. After two days, it turned out that it belongs to the hotel. You can pay at the reception 85 euros for 5 nights, a very high price, the air conditioner is hot, and when talking to the receptionist, he said that this is the air conditioning system in the hotel. This cannot be changed, and I do not recommend breakfast, as its price is high. It seems that the owner of this hotel is very miserly. Everything in this hotel is old. You want to iron your clothes. There is only one iron. It is located in the meeting room. The streets around the hotel are uncomfortable at night. I don't know how this hotel got a 4-star rating.

One star for location. The hotel is situated in the middle of Chinatown and city center is accessible by foot. It's a bit of a walk but doable by taking a shortcut through the park. Second star for the staff; reception and cleaning service were good. Now the list of no-go's: 1. Mold and stains in bathtub. Also, the toilet seat was losing the surface paint/coating. 2. Curtains are torn. 3. Breakfast buffet was not the best. Cold eggs and things that were emptied were never replaced. For example, the tea assortments and fruit. The coffee machine did not make the most aromatic coffee either. 4. The shower gel dispenser was taken away after one day's usage. We asked the cleaning lady if she could bring it back but she said it was "finished". The hotel will have to go through a renovation before it can be named a 4-star hotel.
